Di Kota Semarang, terutama di Kelurahan Kalipancur yang memiliki kepedulian tinggi terhadap permasalahan lingkungan dan memiliki kesiapan di segala aspek, menjadi objek penelitian ini yang juga merupakan lokasi usaha NRC. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui persebaran potensi supplier sampah di Kelurahan Kalipancur dan merancang jaringan rantai pasok dari supplier sampah sampai ke end customer untuk peningkatan kapasitas produksi NRC. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan Solver dan metode Least Cost, diputuskan bahwa NRC meningkatkan kapasitas produksi dari 1 workshop menjadi 3 workshop sehingga total demand pakan ternak dalam sebulan yaitu 28675 kg terpenuhi dan kapasitas produksi masih tersisa 7205 kg sampah pada workshop 1. Jaringan rantai pasok NRC ini kemudian disimulasikan menggunakan ARENA untuk validasi jaringan rantai pasok yang terpilih.

T... more This paper presents sag voltage identification on 3 0 kV system with electric arc furnace load. The identification of disturbance using wavelet transfo rmation. The proposed method can precisely identify sags caused by 3 disturbances: single-phase, two-ph ase, and three-phase short circuits, which occur in internally process of an electric arc furnace (EAF) . The identification procedure consists of 3 steps: preparation, wavelet energy calculation, analysis f or identification. The types of short circuit are d tected from the amount of energy during the EAF operation. The highest energy required indicates a three-phas e short circuit; however the lightest is for single-p hase short circuit. Simulation results from a typic al data show that a sag voltage in 0.55-0.75 pu for 0.201 s econds, containing wavelet energy average 0.434733, is caused by 3 types of short circuit in certain subse quent time.

Sejauh ini NRC sudah mampu mengolah sampah organik untuk dijadikan produk pakan ternak lele atau pelet. Kapasitas produksi yang mampu dilakukan perusahaan NRC yaitu sebanyak 150 kg sampai 200 kg per hari, namun sampah organik yang diperoleh saat ini belum mampu mencapai kapasitas produksi yang diperlukan. Berdasakan hal tersebut, maka perlu diusulkan model rantai pasok sampah organik yang lebih baik untuk perusahaan NRC. Tujuan penelitian ini akan memetakan rantai pasok sampah organik menjadi pakan ternak lele. Model rantai pasok yang dibuat yaitu rantai pasok kondisi saat ini dan rantai pasok usulan. Luaran akhir penelitian akan membandingkan kondisi saat ini dan usulan model rantai pasok yang dibuat. Hasil simulasi dengan software arena menunjukkan perolehan sampah organik sebanyak 352 kg. Pattern recoqnition methods for image of diabetic retinopaty are influenced by differences in pig... more Pattern recoqnition methods for image of diabetic retinopaty are influenced by differences in pigmentation. To help diabetic retinopathy image recognition is required a software. This paper presents the results of research on pattern recognition image of diabetic retinopathy,This study used the image of the yellow canal with Gabor filter.Characteristics that are taken from each image is characteristic of the mean, variance, skewness and entropy, followed by feature extraction with PCA (Principle Component Analysis).At PCA feature extraction, square matrix whose number of columns equal to the number of features is generated.There are four features used. These features are 4 PCs (Principle Component), ie, PC1, PC2, PC3 and PC4.From the combination of these features, we obtained six pairs that consist of two traits. By using a linear model of SVM will been selected the pair with the highest accuracy value. Based on the analysis, we obtained a couple PC1 and PC2 models that have the highest levels of learning (100%) and the fastest recognition time, which is explicitly indicated by the smallest amount of support vector. Intisari-Metode pengenalan pola citra retinopati diabetik beserta setting poinnya dipengaruhi oleh perbedaan pigmentasi. Untuk membantu pengenalan citra retinopati diabetic dibutuhkan sebuah perangkat lunak. Makalah ini menyajikan hasil penelitian tentang pengenalan pola citra retinopati diabetik. Dalam penelitian tersebut digunakan citra kanal kuning (yellow), dengan filter Gabor. Ciri yang diambil dari tiap citra adalah ciri rerata (means), ragam (varians), skewness dan entropy, yang dilanjutkan dengan ekstraksi ciri PCA (Principle Component Analysis). Pada ekstraksi ciri PCA, dihasilkan matriks bujur sangkar, yang jumlah kolomnya, sama dengan jumlah ciri. Ada 4 ciri yang digunakan, yang merupakan 4 buah PC (Principle Component), yaitu, PC1, PC2, PC3 dan PC4. Keempat ciri tersebut dikombinasikan sehingga diperoleh 6 pasangan yang beranggotakan 2 ciri. Dengan mengunakan model linear dari SVM akan dipilih pasangan dengan nilai akurasi tertinggi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh model pasangan PC1 dan PC2 yang memiliki tingkat pembelajaran tertinggi (100%) dan waktu pengenalan tercepat, yang secara eksplisit ditunjukkan dengan jumlah support vector terkecil.

This paper presents the results of study and analysis of the harmonic content and overall perform... more This paper presents the results of study and analysis of the harmonic content and overall performance of a system including Variable Frequency Drives along with capacitive compensator and Static VAr Compensator. Specifically, the cases of no compensation, capacitive compensation, and power electronic based static VAr compensation will be examined. A small-scale model of a system for the study was constructed in lab. Several cases were then performed and tested to simulate a system which contained both fixed and power electronic based harmonic generating loads. The performance of each case was evaluated based on total harmonic current and voltage distortions, true power factor, and RMS current levels at different points in the system. Comparative analysis based on the results will also be presented.

This paper proposes an original system to detect an unbalance voltage condition in induction motor using Support Vector Machine (SVM). Induction motor current, as a signal due to the unbalance voltage supply in three-phase induction motor, is recorded in lab bench. The features of recorded signals are extracted by wavelet transform and Principal Component Analysis algorithm. Then, the quality of detection is classified by SVM, and the average result of detection is 86%.

The proposed system is based on probabilistic classifier with strong independence assumption of each fault case. The temporary short circuit case is defined as non permanent short circuit fault with high impedance. This fault case is representing the early stage of stator insulation break down. The laboratory experiment is performed to simulate the fault cases consist of induction motor with stator modification and current measurement system. The detection system is trained to identify the temporary short circuit occurrence consist of transient starting, steady state and ending of temporary short circuit. The system is also tested using non trained data to clarify the detection performance.
