Married to Gunilla since 1978, four boys.
Lives in Mölndal, just outside of Gothenburg.
Personel interests cross-country skiing, bicycling, and folk music (plays violin)

Research interests concern different aspects of manufacturing strategies and further development of that field, linked to production system design, automation, company networks, and sustainability. Toyota Production System is of course an important source of inspiration.
