GENERAL

- Client provided with High & Low Res Copies of Order.
- Client may Print, Crop, Rotate, or Resize the piece.
- NO NFT, Crypto, AI, Modification, or Redistribution.
- DO NOT Trace, Reference, or Claim my Artwork as your own.
- Those who violate this TOS will be blacklisted & blocked.
COMMISSIONS
- Yes: Feral, Anthro, Gore / Horror, Human(oid), LGBTQ+, POC
- Ask: Heavy Mecha / Armor, Cityscapes, Fan Characters
- No: NSFW / Fetish, Hate, Political, Vehicles, Firearms, Drugs
- Inappropriate / Incomplete Order Forms will be Ignored.
- Artistic Freedom will be used for Commission Composition.
- Appearance may slightly vary between each Commission.
- Characters will be drawn and interpreted in the Artist's Style.
- Characters will retain key traits and features that define them.
- Characters will not be misrepresented or unrecognizable.
WORK IN PROGRESS (WIP STAGES)
- WIPs are Unavailable for ♥ Ko-Fi, Sketch, & Artist's Choice.
- ♥ Ko-Fi Commissions contain their own TOS & Information.
- Sketch & Artist's Choice include Speedpaints to show process.
- WIPs provided for Simple / Clean, Illustration, & Multi-Render.
- Two (2) WIP Stages will be delivered for the Commission.
- WIP Stage Type varies depending on Commission Type.
- WIP Stage delievered within or up to ~45 Business Days.
- You may not request new Commission Details upon WIP.
- Client may Describe or Illustrate desired Edit Requests.
EDIT REQUESTS (EDITS & CHANGES)
Yes: Small Adjustments to the Piece & Character Corrections.
No: Drastic or Plentiful Changes to the overall Composition.
Client may Request Edits upon WIP Stages & the Final Piece.
Character Corrections are always permitted on any Commission.
Character Corrections must have details visible on Reference.
Due to creation process, Final Piece Edit Requests are limited.
Any Edit Requests (WIP or Final) are up to Artist's Discretion.
Edit Requests must be made within ~72hrs of WIPs & Final.
If no Requests are made, the Artist will continue without them.

Artist's Choice leaves the composition up to Artist and focuses heavily on Artistic Freedom. The client provides loose direction through brief keywords & inspiration. Subject to experimentation with style & brushes. Character corrections & minimal edits are permitted.

Speedpaints are always included with Sketch (via Compilation) and Artist's Choice Orders (+$0).
A Timelapse video of the piece's creation process (roughly 4x speed) uploaded to Youtube. Client may request the music used so long as it is SFW, Royalty Free, Copyright friendly, and not Generated with AI.EXPRESS: +20% of Subtotal
Turnaround time is reduced from 90 Business Days down to 60 Business Days. If a WIP Stage is available for the commission type, it will instead be delivered within 30 Business Days instead of 45.BANNER: +10% of Subtotal
A Copy of the piece is Resized and Cropped down to function as a Banner. A Decorative frame is also given, drawn in the same style. Dimensions / Frame visuals may be specified in Order Form Details.
Character will be Cropped; Icon to Eyes, Half / Full to Bust, etc. Dimensions may not exceed 2160x720px.OTHER: Price Varies
Any Requests outside of any Option mentioned prior is subject to Artist's Discretion. The price may vary anywhere from +$0 to +30% of Subtotal depending on the difficulty and complexity of the Request.
Including but not limited to: Alternate Copies of the piece, Custom Dimensions, different Add-Ons, etc.
