Instalments: Spread the cost when you opt for our instalment plan – pay an initial £140 registration fee, followed by 11 further monthly payments of £140 (total £1680 – zero interest).

Pay upfront: Alternatively, you can pay the whole fee up front. If you book more than 1 month ahead, you will benefit from a discount of £45.

Course Duration

The programme spans 3 months and includes 10 weekly live and interactive sessions, along with a dedicated block of 6 weeks after the final live session in order to complete assignments.

Course Delivery

The course is delivered live in our virtual classroom through a series of weekly sessions, allowing for maximum student participation and interaction. Sessions are recorded, so students can watch them again, or catch up should they miss a session. Attendance is encouraged, but not mandatory to complete the course. Each cohort is also invited to join a private support group, which facilitates interaction with other students and the Sleep Practitioner Programme team outside of the live sessions.

Prerequisites

This programme draws on prior understanding and experience of baby and child sleep so learners should have significant experience of working with both babies and children.

How will I be assessed?

You will receive details of assignments at the start the programme, along with details of the submission deadline. This will be 6 weeks after the final live session.

Once tour submission has been reviewed and marked, you will be given feedback. Should your work not meet the mark to pass the course, you will be given an opportunity to resubmit your work. Once your written work has passed, you will be invited for a 30 minute viva, an oral assessment with our trainers.

Extensions: If you are unable to complete your assignments within the given timeframe, you may apply for an extension by providing a detailed explanation of your circumstances.

Accreditation

The course is accredited by OCN (Credit4Learning), at level 6.

Who is this course suitable for?

While the primary focus is on those aiming to become competent sleep practitioners, this programme is ideal for a wide range of healthcare professionals, including Maternity Nurses, Health Visitors, Mental Health Practitioners, Occupational Therapists, Early Years Educators, and anyone interested in adopting a holistic approach to children’s well-being.

About a third of our students are parents who have faced sleep challenges first-hand and wish to gain knowledge to support other parents. These individuals often bring valuable compassion and insight to the programme.
