yukoutena @ 5:34pm: I'm new here so I'm not sure but.. Is the community dead? I really hope not. I've been into CLAMP a lot and yuri spefically and have ideas for fanfiction. Can I still do so? Is anyone still here?

sparklyfanta @ 7:12pm: A xxxHolic fic-fest Okay, so not everybody was keen with the way xxxHolic ended. Rather than whine endlessly about it, those of us who were disappointed have decided to get creative with things, and one of us--foolish_m0rtal, to be specific--has set up a fic-fest.

Essentially, you can submit prompts, claim prompts, and write lots of xxxHolic fic! Clamp crossovers are perfectly fine (welcome even), and--the reason I'm pimping wtfholic_fest here--a post is set aside just for xxxHolic femmeslash prompts. Yuuko/Himawari, Himawari/Grown Up!Kohane, Ame Warashi/Zashiki Warashi, Jorougumo/Yaobikuni--and any permutations thereof--are encouraged and welcomed!

We can't let the slashers have all the fun, can we?

As a note--you may also write femmeslash crossover pairs, as long as one of the pair is a xxxHolic lady.

Back again to announce the start of a brand new round. First off is to think of some awesome prompts!

Hello, everyone!

I'm writing to invite everyone in this community to yuri_challenge, a yuri/femslash fanfic and fanart challenge community... though you may have heard about us before. Possibly even in this community :D

The bonus of participating this challenge will be that you could quite possibly end up crossposting your submission to the community you're reading in now! Spreading the love and adding to fandom at the same time is a great combo~

Stories and art are based on a prompt for each challenge, and the theme for this Round is "The Musical!" Basically, you will be providing a fandom, pairing, lyric or two, as well as an optional youtube link, and then it will show up on a biiiiig claims post for people to pick to write or draw from~

All fandoms are welcome (TV/anime/books/etc), however the community does not permit RPF/RPS as we're about the characters, not the people playing them. Sorry!

Prompt submissions for this Round have already started over here, so be sure to join the community, and have some earphones on and those pens ready!

Hello, everyone!

I'm writing to invite everyone in this community to yuri_challenge, a yuri/femslash fanfic and fanart challenge community making its return after a long hiatus.

Stories and art are based on a prompt for each challenge, and the coming challenge's theme is "Firsts." Just think of all those wonderful "firsts" you can put your favorite characters in... "first time," "first love," "ladies first"... Lots of possibilities!

All fandoms are welcome, however the community does not permit RPF/RPS as we're about the characters, not the people playing them. Sorry!

yuri_challenge has been around for a long time, and we're looking to inject some real life back into it with as many submissions and fan-creations as we can get, so come join us!

Prompt submissions for this upcoming round start soon - May 1st - so be sure to join the comm soon, and have those pens ready!

autumnhaired @ 12:49pm: Looking for a Fuu and a Hikaru for Kiseki RPG Kiseki RPG recently lost its Hikaru and Fuu, and now my Umi is all alone and feeling incomplete without her two Magic Knight sisters. I'd love love LOVE to have a Hikaru or a Fuu as part of our MKR cast (this includes Ascot, Presea, Princess Emeraude and others).

Kiseki is an awesome game, very fun and easy to follow. It wouldn't be demanding at all and we'd all love to have you. :) It's hosted @ Insanejournal, so you get 100 icon slots in one sweep.

In the world there exists a class of humans with special abilities—those with advanced physical or mental prowess called WildSeeds and those who can bend the forces of nature and the arcane to their will called Crafters. Since the first instance of WildSeeds and Crafters, decades ago, schools have been secretly constructed in order to train and teach them. Located on an island called Kotu, the most prestigious and reputable of these schools is Lotus Institute of Higher Learning for Girls, an all girls academy with a wide and specific curriculim devoted to educating WildSeeds and Crafters.Those running the school present it as university to hide gifted humans from the public exposure and media while teaching them to control their abilities. Yet classes of political intrigue and stategem are taught to a select special few. The physical combat classes specialize in stealth and undetected movement. Technology courses center around hacking and hardware corruption. And those who graduated top from the academy always seems to end up in positions close to powers all around the world.
