The main objective of the research study is to identify the factors which influence the work-life balance, find out the relationship between factors of work-life balance and job satisfaction, and identify suitable recommendations to improve the work-life balance of employees. Main attributes affecting the work-life balance: workload, inflexible working arrangements, and long working hours, job stress, family support, and demographical factors were analyzed in this study. Based on literature review, the list of the hypothesis was developed. The research was conducted based on the mixed methodology. The population of this study was all the employees in three selected law firms. Among this population, a sample of 120 was selected under the stratified random sampling method.
