- Delegating tasks can be tricky, and often even more so for women in leadership roles. That's why the #GermanChamber Executive Women Roundtable WE.C.U. met today to discuss The Art of Delegation. With twenty-five female leaders in attendance, the discussion was engaging and insightful. Our speaker, Miriam Wickertsheim 美丽洋, shared her expertise on the negative impact of not delegating on mental health, team dynamics, and personal growth. She highlighted how societal conditioning and the myth that delegation signifies weakness can hold women back. But it doesn't have to be this way. By becoming self-aware of which tasks enhance one's career and personal goals, and redefining roles and expectations, effective delegation can free up time and boost productivity and growth. With today’s event, the German Chamber was truly a #PartnerforGrowth! Join us again on September 12 for our next WE.C.U. event, Managing Up. Be seen for your value in the workplace by learning how to manage expectations, communicate progress, and solve problems for the mutual benefit or yourself and your leaders. All women leaders from German companies in China are welcome Qian Chen Laura Louise Guenther
