L'invention concerne une composition de substitut osseux injectable et/ou modelable qui compr... more L'invention concerne une composition de substitut osseux injectable et/ou modelable qui comprend : - une phase liquide comprenant de l'eau sterilisee; - une phase solide qui contient : • une premiere phase solide comprenant : ■ 10 a 90 % d'hemihydrate de sulfate de calcium alpha en poids, par rapport au poids total de ladite premiere phase solide; ■ 10 a 90 % de particules poreuses en poids, par rapport au poids total de ladite premiere phase solide, lesdites particules etant des particules de phosphate de calcium et/ou d'os; • une deuxieme phase solide comprenant 0,1 a 20 % d'au moins un plastifiant en poids, par rapport au poids de la phase liquide, le ratio phase liquide/phase solide etant compris entre 0,1 et 0,8 mL/g. Compositions de substitut osseux injectable et/ou modelable.

Depuis, l’alumine, puis la zircone et les composites alumine-zircone servent principalement en arthroplastie de la hanche pour la realisation des couples de frottement (tete-cupule). Cet article traite de ces differents materiaux, de leur historique, de leurs avantages et de leurs inconvenients avant de conclure sur les developpements qui aboutiront a de nouveaux materiaux et de nouvelles protheses.
