CRM is needed for the company to know its customer more closely and make two-way communication be... more CRM is needed for the company to know its customer more closely and make two-way communication between the company and the customer. In CRM, solutions are multi-criteria decision-making analysis tools that do not require prior assumptions to explore the weights and performances among project risk, project management, and organization performance, based on the research framework of the stimulus-organism response model. In this study, Machine learning with the Support Vector Machine algorithm is currently for classification tasks due to its ability to model nonlinearities CRM Solutions. With Machine Learning and CRM, Nomura bank can optimize their profit, by managing their more benefit customer or find a new customer or get their lost customer back.

This is a detailed document describing the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Mac... more This is a detailed document describing the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) based algorithms to different areas of business security for Banking Domain. Solutions for business security in the realms of banking industry entails building a protective ecosystem which aims at maximizing and reducing risks associated with the actual revenue generation engines of the organization. The aim of this document is to explain major aspects of banking operations and risk analytics and suggest AI/ML algorithm implementation to improvise business management and risk mitigation in banking organizations. There is another accompanying document (not available in public domain) which presents a case study from the Customer data of Nomura bank in which many of algorithms presented here were also implemented to prove the business benefits of these algorithmic solutions.

We introduce a mobile application for Automatic Speech Recognition of classical Arabic words. Cla... more We introduce a mobile application for Automatic Speech Recognition of classical Arabic words. Classical Arabic is spoken and written in certain way and a great emphasis is placed on its perfect pronunciation-mainly because Quran (the holy book of Muslims) is based on it-and most people (whose native language may not even be Arabic) would go to great lengths in learning to read, recite and pronounce it correctly and pitch-perfectly. Presently, there is no application on Android that can help user correcting their classical Arabic recitation. This mobile application builds pronunciation verification system for classical Arabic. Once complete, this will be used in an existing application which already has thousands of users.

The optic cup to optic disc ratio (CDR) is an important measurement in glaucoma diagnosis. In thi... more The optic cup to optic disc ratio (CDR) is an important measurement in glaucoma diagnosis. In this project, the objective was to obtain the CDR, not to make a glaucoma diagnosis. The cup-to-disc ratio is defined as the ratio of vertical distances between pixels at the highest and lowest vertical position inside the cup and disc region. Evaluation of the CDR is done upon examination of the retina or a retinal (fundus) photo. CDR measurements are highly subjective and inconsistent even among experts. Current methods are mostly qualitative, resulting in poor reproducibility. While AI models have been developed, non e have been deployed on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for practical use in a clinical setting. The goal of this project was to leverage GCP and its AI tools to build a deployable artificial intelligence-based system to estimate cup to disc ratios for unannotated color fundus images.
New techniques were developed to locate disc center and novel loss functions were created to train a U_net network for image segmentation.
