Hi everyone!
I'm practically kicking myself that I didn't know about this comm earlier, since I've made a ton of superhero vids. In any case, my most recent effort is a Spider-Man vid, based on The New Animated Series, aka the cartoon that ran on MTV back in 2003. It's a combination of a Peter character study and Peter/MJ and Peter/Harry relationship studies. And while I know a lot of fans weren't exactly enamored of this show, it does feature some nifty camerawork and acrobatics, which translate well into vid form.

First post, and I'd like to say that it's awesome this comm exists . . . for a while, I wondered if I was the only one to make comic-based vids (well, at least without using footage from an animated series/movie/etc version).
Anyway, while I fully intend to make more as soon as my laptop is repaired, I'll start by posting two I made a while back; both link to youtube, downloads available on request (and with a wait for the aforementioned laptop . . . I really need to be better about making backups).
