Welcome, This community is made for people who like John Mayer's Music.
In a sense I made this community out of frustration. I really want to start a to build a place where dedicated fans can come and express their thoughts. I don't mean to be harsh, but I really want to get away from "omg john is soo hot". I don't mind talking about John Mayer's sex appeal, but I want to start somewhere new where that isn't the main focus.
I don't mean to single out new-comers to John's Music, but they're the ones who seem to join all the John Mayer related communities and post things like "john I want to have your babies". I am just looking for people who have listened to John for awhile.
NOTE: We Pride ourselves on talking about the music.
All people are welcome. Although please take thought and consideration before posting. If you want to talk about superficial topics this is probably not the community for you. This whole thing started off negative, but I feel I must get it out there.
As far as updates about what John is doing, I.e. concerts, cds, shows, etc. Before posting look and see if someone has already posted something that is exactly the same. If you have information you would like to add, just post a comment.
