Hell, some people on my list are seeing me for the first time right here, and they're going "wait, wait, wait, Jamie's not a girl?" I'm wildly atypical for a guy who has 'settle down and start a traditional family' on their life goals list, but what can you do? If you have a problem with girly guys, you won't like me, at all. I wear make-up, I love girl clothes, and the only thing remotely testosterone-driven about my personality is how fiercely I protect the ones I love, especially girls. So, there's your fair warning.I'm an artist. I dabble in everything. I write often. I've been writing stories since the third grade, and I have a flair for the supernatural, teen noir, and romance. I also write screenplays. My greatest love is music, however. I spend almost all of my time talking about it in-depth, and I love finding people who care about it just as much as I do. I play bass guitar, and I'm a lyricist. I've been a part of a couple bands, but nothing serious, and that kills me, because music is the one thing I wish to pursue full force. Music is my life. Yes, there are lots of things I wouldn't mind doing, but none of them compare. I live in Wisconsin right now. I have since the first grade. Before then, I spent time in Las Vegas and Oakland, but Wisconsin was my place of birth. I really hate it here. A lot. I'm currently pursuing acceptance to Academy of Art University, an art school in San Francisco, for screenwriting. If this fails on me . . . I'm still going to get the hell out of here. Wisconsin is just doing my head in. I've got to get out.My LJ has a lot to do with my own personal thoughts. Unfortunately, I often suffer from really awful bouts of depression, and I let it known. I'm trying to get better, though, and things will be picking up for me by next year. But . . . I never know, with me. I'm wildly erratic. If you don't like dealing with depressing people, I'm probably wrong for you.I typically like to friend and comment artists, or people who are just genuinely interesting. If that's you, then we'll be best friends. | |

| Well, not quite, but I sure do try.I'm Jamie, 19, and music is my life. Like . . . literally. I'm not really a nine to five kind of guy (though, I do slave away in Wal-Mart's photo department in such a way to make ends meet), and my greatest aspiration is to pursue music. | Hey. I'm not going to tell you my real name. Not on here anyway. I'm 22, I'm female and I'm Canadian. I'm told by EVERYONE I know who has seen the movie Juno that the character playing her is pretty much an exact copy of me, personality-wize. I'm a college graduate and I'll be going to university this september to start a 4 year program of Criminology and Justice. I'm not sure yet whether or not I want to be a police officer or a correctional officer, but I've got 4 years to decide. My humour is very sarcastic, dry, but very witty. I suffer from Bipolar Disorder and PTSD, I'm bisexual, VERY liberal. I'm pro-choice, not religious in the slightest, and i see the world in black and white (red too sometimes when I get really pissed off). I have no problems with pre-marital sex or sex in general. However, I believe polygamy, cheating, lying and any form of deception that can hurt people is wrong. Dont judge me. | Alright, I personally don't think there is anything amazing about me that I can pinpoint and say 'This is why you should add me, because like I'm super cool.' That would be fake, and I'm not a fake person. I say what I think and I mean what I say. I want friends, not another name on my flist. Most of the people I have on my livejournal have been people I've had for months and I love them all in so many ways. If you're my friend I'll give you everything I have, but if you cross me, well...don't go there. I tend to hold a grudge. I want honest people, people who don't edit their lives to what they think people want to hear. Say what you mean and mean what you say, it's that easy. Don't be afraid to let people know who you are, and I'll respect you for that. I'm a fangirl, I love my Chuck Bass. <3 I have one million crushes at the moment, lol. I talk about everything and I mean everything. I tend not to think before I type. I can be too honest sometimes and you'll be like, why is she telling us these things? I love music and movies. | Well hello there...I'm Krista =] I'm 19 and from Florida, but originally from New York. I just finished my freshman year of college and my first year of living away from home and I love it so much.I've realized that I watch a lot of TV. My favorites are Supernatural, LOST, Smallville, Gossip Girl, Deadliest Catch, Scrubs, and Saturday Night Live. Oh, and my roommates and I watch Jeopardy every night =]I lovelovelove music, and I'm pretty sure that my playlist is about as diverse as you can get. I'm absolutely in love with Brand New, Missy Higgins, Gavin DeGraw, Dierks Bentley, Frank Sinatra, and soooo much more. I've been to over 100 concerts ranging from Metallica to Carrie Underwood. I read a lot. There's nothing better than a good book. Or a good book series, actually. My favorite book of all time is Second Helpings by Megan McCafferty. I also adore the Twilight, Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, and Sloppy Firsts series. Plus a million other books...I'm a huge sports fan, too. My teams are the New York Yankees, New York Giants, Florida Gators (I bleed orange and blue), and Tampa Bay Lightning, even if they were embarrassing last year.
