It was a hit while it lasted.. but it was a little hard to maintain on my own. I think I've got more people interested in it this time but.. I wanted to test this idea out further.This is an information gathering mission:*Does anyone remember the Art Skool Recess group from 2 summers ago?*Is anyone interested in forming a communal art group that would pool materials and resources, share ideas, work together, and participate in selling the artwork produced?*If you're still with me, are you interested in participating on a weekly or semi-regular basis?*Do you know of free or super cheap locations to meet?( So what is/was Art Skool Recess? davekrueger Are you BALD or PIERCED?I am a fine art photographer in Huntsville and am looking for models for a new project.

Model Qualifications: Slender females who are bald and/or have multiple facial piercings. Also males who have extreme hairstyles (Mohawk, spikes, etc) and/or multiple facial piercings.Type/Use of photos: The photos will be shot in my studio and will be used as part of my artistic collection which may be exhibited, published, or sold as fine art prints. Compensation: Models will receive 8x10 copies of prints. Quantity will be 3-8 prints depending on length of session. tripiq If you're interested in any visual art goings on in H-ville you should read this:Hey guys, Maybe you know and maybe you don't, but TripiQ is an art group based out of Huntsville and in the last six months we have been extremely busy trying to build some sort of foundation for visual art in this town. Our goal is to combat the apathy in this city and prove to the nay-sayers that there IS quite a bit of talent here. -You may know us as the two guys who manage the wall space for SWOOP at Parkway City Mall and Madison Square Mall. Our goal for those areas is to provide younger artists (12-21) with an opportunity to display artwork in a highly visible area. It is all for sale and only a 10% consignment (which of course goes to a charitable association) is taken from the artist. -You may have also seen our art gallery in Lowe Mill, next door to The Burning Nun. It is open, but still under construction. Our eventual goal for that place is to offer pristine, museum type wall space for talented local artists.
