Welcome!
This is a journal for graphics, graphics, and more graphics. The main difference between this new iconcentral and the old iconcentral, is that this new iconcentral will include graphics for jrock, kpop, jpop, actresses, actors, jdrama, kdrama, etc. There are simple rules to follow for this community, so all you have to do is follow them, and there won't be trouble at all.
Rules
1. Please put icons behind a friend's cut, if you're displaying more than three icons. In other words, if you're cutting the icons so it goes to your icon journal, only THREE icons may be displayed before the cut. This goes for if you're posting here at the community directly.2. You can post bases as well, howevever, please indicate if they are bases.3. NO DRAMA. If there is drama in this community, and you're part of it, you will be banned from this journal. Continue acting like a bitch/jerk, and you will be reported to LJ.4. NO STEALING. Icon makers ask for credit most of the time. It doesn't take that much effort to credit them properly. If you are caught stealing in this journal, you will be banned and placed in a special blacklist that will be coordinated soon enough.5. You must have fun. To not have fun is to go against the policies written by kaiten...u___u6. All graphics are welcome here-layouts, icons, wallies, winamp designs, etc.7. You can pimp your communities, however don't go overboard with it. If you do, then you will be banned.8. New rule: DO NOT click on links that may seem suspicious.There is a virus going around so be careful. If you see any weird links around here, inform me asasp.Learn these rules. ABIDE by them. I don't want to block anyone or put this journal under a closed moderation.
