So I never actually got around to writing about the tourney. Let's just say I was in awe..haha.

This kid Devon was amazing...he beat out Maxx Paranoia, who usually win's about 90% of the tourneys over the east coast lol. He full comboed Paranoia Survivor Max ONI course, which takes some insane skills.

In the finals, he AAA'd Waka Laka while Maxx Paranoia black flagged it (got only one great).

The final song was Exotic Ethnic, and Devon black flagged it (once again, only one great) and Maxx Paranoia got 2 greats on it.

There was a warm up station where people could play for free with Cobalt Fluxes which was pretty nice. I finally got to see the pad I ordered ^_^ (woooh, just a few more days until it's here). The people there were really really nice, and most not stuck up at all which was really refreshing. There was an amazing turnout...well over 100 people. I'm not good at people counting but I know it was ATLEAST that. Probably a lot more, haha.

The freestyle competition was really awesome to watch. Some of the people were really creative in their dance moves on the pad. Overall, it was a fun time and I'm trying to get out to more tourneys sometime soon.

My friend is starting to plan one out in Narberth, PA (the lower merion area) for sometime in Novemberish.
