Just so everyone knows (and so that I have a written record to remind me), I will be updating with icons and stuff soon. Probably sometime between this weekend and Monday. I've had tons of homework, essays, tests, and most recently, an Ad for Tylenol to come up with...IN FRENCH. So, I do have icons (*looks at Lucky who's poking her* yes, yours too,lol), and they'll be up soon.
Also, I have the next week off of school so this would be the best time to ask for any kind of specific icons and stuff. So far I've only had requests for Harry/Hermione icons and Brad Pitt icons. Any other suggestions are welcome.

Alright, so I'm working on the screencaps and a bunch of Harry/Hermione icons *winkwink Lucky* but I've given it a rest this weekend so that I could try something that I've wanted to do for a looooooong time. I decided that I wanted to work on a vector/vexel. A vector for those who don't know (which is probably most of you *grin*)is "a shape created by points and filled in with different shades of color usually overlapping eachother. This effect is usually created on top of an image of a person or thing, and the aim of vectoring is to either Create your own style in vectoring or to try and make the shapes and colors resemble the image you are vectoring" (courtesy of the tutorial I was working with over @ Maliciously). So without further delay, here's my very first vector!!! (And believe me, those things are bloody difficult to do so it is worth the fanfare)

I've been on a Phantom of the Opera spree lately *stares at new moodtheme*. Anyways, I come bearing a couple of Phantom icons, expect more as more caps come in. There's also a few misc. icons thrown in and a small announcement.

Alright guys, sorry for the long hiatus period. I'm lacking inspiration. Maybe at the end of the week I'll have some LOTR and HP icons *hugs her new DVDs* but for now, nothing. However, I am taking requests so if you want something done, just say the word! Only exception, layouts. If you want the graphics for one, I'm game. If you want the graphics and the codes, sorry but I'm no good with LJ layouts so you'd have to find some sort of tutorial.
If you want to request something just tell me what you want (being specific as possible is always a +) and I'll get to it!

Alright so a couple of things have happened since my last post. Of course, I've made more icons but there are some other things changing. First obvious change, since I'm lazy, this journal is now a closed community. That's why some of you might have seen all of my old entries one after the other in the past day or two. I'm sorry about that but I wasn't aware that that problem might arise. I had to delete all of my old entries so that I could convert the journal. Fear not, they are all back ;). Anyways, that's change one.
Change two, I've started submitting my icons to contest communities. So far, I've joined: screen_sirens, lost_stillness, lotrstillness, depp_stillness, orli_stillness, and viggo_stills. I can't show any of you the icons that I've made for them because the votes are supposed to be anonymous. By the end of this week all of the voting for the icons should be done so expect them sometime around Saturday or Sunday. Anyways...
