How to use Conditional Access to block Microsoft Exchange REST API Based Powershell (original) (raw)

Hello,
I am tasked to block Microsoft Exchange REST API Based Powershell for some users in my organization. I checked in the sign-in logs and see the Application name and ID as showed below:

I tried to use Conditional Access to block this app for some users. However, I can’t find this app in Conditional Access

How can I block this app with conditional access using Application name or ID?
