5 cups egg noodles
2bsp butter
1tbsp flour
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/r tsp onion salt
1 and 1/3 cups milk
8oz velveeta cubed
topping:
2 tbsp bread crumbs, dry (or in my case, about a handful, until it looked right)
1 1/2 teaspoons butter
1.Cook noodles according to package directions, drain. Grease Casserole dish, and preheat oven to 350
2. In a small saucepan melt butter, stir in the flour garlic salt and onion salt, until smooth gradually stir in milk, bring to a boil cook for two minutes until thickened, reduce heat and add cheese, cooking until melted
3. Add sauce to noodles, mix well
4. Transfer to greased casserole dish, sprinkle bread crumbs over the top
5. Bake at 350 for twenty to twenty five minutes or until golden brown
