My new diet, Day 2
Thankyou to everyone who's been so supportive & kind to me on here. I've made some good friends.

My therapist got my appointment time wrong yesterday, so I've got another week until next Monday when the next one is. Which gives me time to kick start my diet, which I made myself in the early hours of the morning.
Just for you who don't know, it's as follows:
Each day:
-Drink 1.5litres of water
-Eat half of one average sized meal. Exactly half of what is on the plate.
-Exercise for either 40 minutes = running, or 1 hour walking.Per week:
-Allowed 2 apples, on Tuesdays & Thursdays
-If feeling faint, allowed either 1 stick of celery, or 1 can of diet coke.
Going quite well so far. x
I paid 50p to weigh myself in town today, and I've gained about 3 pounds.
I'm so upset, I want to hide in a corner and never have to see the world again. I feel such a fucking failure. I've been running for an hour each night, and my limit is 600 a day. How the fuck have I gained weight?
(Or are the scales not very accurate?...)
I'm going to die. I'm so mortified, I actually do not want to be alive anymore.
I'll never, ever reach my 100lb goal. Because I'm like fucking 108 now, and it is never, ever going down.
I'm not going back to diet pills again. Such a waste of money.

So what's everyones Stats at the moment..? Haven't been on here for a long while, I'm 5"7, 107lb, but my 1st GW is 95lb. x
Restaurant portion sizes are huge! Many meals have 1000 calories or more, especially appetizers. If I have to go out to eat, I ask for a box when my food comes and immediately box up half of the meal or more, depending on how large the meal is and how many calories it has. Once the food is in the box, you won't be as tempted to eat the whole meal. Or pick at what is left while you are waiting for the check.
Saying "no thanks" to food is saying "yes please" to THIN!!
I am addicted to Women's Health magazine. well, the online version. they tell you absolutely everything, from the best ways to speed up your metabolism to the foods with the highest protein. they also tell you which foods slow down your metabolism, the top foods that are ruining your diet, the worst foods in the world for you, etc etc.
