Preceding Bitcoin and blockchain technology, the idea that computer codes could monitor, execute ... more Preceding Bitcoin and blockchain technology, the idea that computer codes could monitor, execute and enforce legal agreements was theorised in the ‘90s by a rare species of lawyer able to understand computer science.
