This is an essay written for the digital portion of an December 2011 archival exhibition that was... more This is an essay written for the digital portion of an December 2011 archival exhibition that was the culmination of a graduate seminar required of students in Cornell's History of Architecture and Urbanism MA/PhD program. The course and resulting analog exhibition was entitled "Archi•tourism" and ran for one week in Cornell's Kroch Rare and Manuscript Collections (the official University archives). The show included select items each student chose to write about in their exhibition catalog essays. The digital exhibition may be found online hosted by the Kroch (see the attached link).
