Plan your visit to the NBP Money Centre

The entrance to the NBP Money Centre is free for everyone.

We offer audio guides in Polish, English, Ukrainian, Russian and French, or you can use the Movi guide application**.**

For safety reasons, the number of people allowed within the NBP Money Centre premises at any one time is limited to 120 people.

Yes, you can come to the NBP Money Centre with a child in a stroller. The stroller can be left at the reception or you can visit the exhibition with the stroller.

Would a visit to the NBP Money Centre be attractive for a 4-year-old?

The educational paths are prepared for children aged 6+. However, the NBP Money Centre has many exhibits and multimedia that are also attractive to younger children.

Can I come to the NBP Money Centre without a reservation?

Yes, we welcome individuals interested in exploring the NBP Money Centre on their own or in groups of up to 9 people without reservation. However, when the exhibition reaches its maximum capacity, the group will only be admitted when a space becomes available.

Is there a cloakroom at the NBP Money Centre?

Yes, there is a cloakroom on the premises. Visitors also have access to lockable boxes where they can leave valuable items. It is not permitted to enter the exhibition area with bags or backpacks. They should be left in the cloakroom or in a locker.

Do visitors need to have spare shoes?

No, there is no need to change shoes.

Can I come to the NBP Money Centre with a guide dog?

Yes, it is possible to enter the NBP Money Centre with a guide dog or a dog assisting a person with a disability.

Is the facility adapted for people with disabilities?

The NBP Money Centre is equipped with wheelchair lifts and an elevator. People using electric wheelchairs and wheelchairs with back and head stabilization are asked to register their visit in advance in order to obtain assistance. You can take photos at the NBP Money Centre. However, you cannot use a tripod or flash.

The NBP Money Centre is located in the heart of Warszawa. There are not many parking spaces available for private cars in the vicinity. What are the parking fees during opening hours?

The city Centre of Warszawa is subject to paid parking zone regulations. These apply from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. Parking is free on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
