6.9 [basic.types] paragraph 10 isn't clear whether a const-qualified class type can be a literal type, and the same forconst void.
Proposed resolution (April, 2015):
Change 6.9 [basic.types] paragraph 10 as follows:
A type is a literal type if it is:
- possibly cv-qualified void; or
- a scalar type; or
- a reference type; or
- an array of literal type; or
- a possibly cv-qualified class type ( Clause 11 [class]) that has all of the following properties:
