Great news! At Roche Services & Solutions Americas, we proudly reaffirm our commitment to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace by supporting the Declaración de San José for a third consecutive year. Together with 102 other organizations in Costa Rica, we pledge to champion the human rights of the LGBTQ+ community, eliminate discrimination, and actively promote and support the human rights of LGBTQ+ individuals. This is not just a pledge but a reflection of our belief in the value and importance of every individual, regardless of their sexual orientation. The 10 principles of the declaration, including promoting human rights and equality, creating safe and healthy workspaces, and supporting LGBTQ+ employee groups, align with our values. While we celebrate the progress made by participating in the Declaración de San José, we recognize that challenges are still ahead. As we progress, we remain dedicated to fostering an environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to bring their authentic selves to work. Exciting news from the Roche Costa Rica Campus! We are beyond honored to share that two stunning and meaningful sculptures by renowned Costa Rican sculptor Jorge Jimenez Deredia 'Pareja' and 'Genesis,' have found a new home at our Roche Costa Rica Campus. These incredible pieces represent powerful messages of diversity, inclusion, and our evolution here in Costa Rica. We're eagerly anticipating the transformative effect of these inspiring sculptures on our building and the people who encounter them. Their presence is set to create a new, dynamic atmosphere for our collaborators and visitors. Today, we wanted to share a video of the installation day of the cultures.
