A country can be food secure at national level but at household level it would be insecure, South Africa is an example. This is a clear indication that food safety and security is measured through production of commercial farmers who contribute to the national granary and therefore results in food security and in most cases exports, whilst at household level people would be starving. This research, aimed to analyse the contribution made at household level by financed socio-economic projects such as the dam constructions which results in irrigation schemes and or the rural electrification projects which results in electrically produced products in rural areas. Such projects, changes people’s lives and in many cases there are no measurement techniques. Thus, the objectives of this research were to analyse and evaluate the contributions of financed...

This has also created a huge platform for World Wide viewers to be able to access such works. The publication of this book will go a long way in trying to educate policy makers, university lecturers, students, and other societies that peace to be achieved in a society, its education should be instilled in all curriculum. Zimbabwe being one of the most controversial country in the world is exemplified as one such country needing to incorporate peace education in its educational curriculum. This to some extent may have positive result in the social policy formulation of the nation. However, world wide requirement of incorporation of peace education in schools curriculum is a necessity. This will create a better world for us and our children.

Methods and Findings: Fifty-five post-MI pts with reduced ejection fraction (EF≤40%) underwent stress thallium-201 scintigraphy (Tl-201) viability (VIA) evaluation. ANG at exercise-treadmill-test (ETT) (Borg scale) and at everyday-life (Canadian Cardiovascular Society-CCS) classification was recorded. Groups VIA (29 pts-53%) vs non-VIA respectively had similar EF (31 ± 7)% vs (33 ± 8)% (NS), higher diseased vessels number 2.8 ± 1.6 vs 1.9 ± 1.3 (p=0.02), CCS 1.7 ± 0.8 vs 1.3 ± 0.6 (p<0.05), CCS≥2 71% vs 41% (p<0.03). Five pts from each group reported ETT ANG (17% vs 21%-NS), with Borg scale 7.7 ± 3.0 vs 7.2 ± 2.4 (NS). CCS≥2 was associated with greater 201 Tl reversibility indices within stress defect (p<0.04) or total myocardial mass reversibility (p<0.02). Binary logistics analysis associated VIA positively with number of diseased vessels and negatively with smoking, while CCS≥2 ANG positively with number of diseased vessels. The main limitation is the relatively small number of pts. Conclusions: Viability, while not significantly correlated to ETT angina, was positively associated only with more frequent everyday-life (CCS) angina. Clinically, in ischemic cardiomyopathy VIA evaluation is indicated, regardless of ANG.

Of late, most professionals have been hitch-hiking into Project Management as a field of study from their original academic backgrounds. On its related literature, this Paper is going to look at various opinions which have been viewed in project management and regarded as factual researches while being unconventional researches based on business conferences and business deals exchanges of information. This paper is going to elaborate the importance of conventional fact finding based researches and how crucial they are in establishing a properly constituent field of study in Project Management. It is also going to highlight how effective and non effective(on Project Management), the current short-term courses and offered programmes as well as Post Graduate Diplomas being offered all around in Africa by African Institutes. The creation of professional ethical confusion on academic capabilities and technical application of experience in Project Management and its contribution to percentages of successes and failures of projects on the ground.Conclusively, the paper is going to run through possible recommendations on the way forward in trying to establish Project Management as a field of Study in Africa and the contribution to projects success in the continent.

Regularly, there is an impactive reference to "… it is not sustainable unless it is social." Meaning there is no sustainability without society to practice it on. Therefore, it is beyond doubt that people and hence societies are at the centre of sustainability than environmental conservation and or agriculture and rural development. This research goes on to show and prove that sociology is at the centre of sustainability. However, societies are different from place to place, region to region and continent to continent, so does sustainability. Its origin being developed countries does not mean there has not been sustainability in developing countries. This may create different types of concepts of sustainability with different societies but the definitions remain the same. This study shows that sustainability exists in developing nations as much as it does in developed states yet at a different level and stage.
