(You people probably don't even use LiveJournal anymore, but it's worth a shot.)
Long story short, I moved here (Las Cruces) from Miami about a month ago to be with my now ex-boyfriend. I know, incredibly wise decision, but it seemed like the right thing to do. Now that we're separated, he wants to have me shipped back to Miami, but I'm not quite ready to go. I like the small town feel here, the rent is cheap, the weather's okay, the people are nice, etc. While he claims I can stay in this apartment, I fear he'll lose his mind and hurl me out.
So, is anyone looking for a roomate?

this is Chance!
Chance was found as a stray and is currently looking for a home.
He's a beautiful labrador mix who is about seven years young and sweet as a button!
he's being held at a Las Cruces vet office until his neutering on Thursday
and will be ready and waiting for a home as soon as Friday.
