To apply for a scholarship listed below, click the “Sign In” button.

1. Sign In with your CSUN Portal login credentials (User ID and Password) and complete a General Application each academic year.
   Note: Unless otherwise noted, students enrolled in self-support programs are not eligible to apply.
2. Review your list of Recommended Scholarships
   These recommendations are based on your student record and your General Application
3. Carefully review the eligibility criteria for each scholarship before submitting, and pay close attention to individual deadline dates, as each opportunity is unique
4. Check back often! New opportunities are added periodically throughout the year.

Important information:

• Application materials – including letters of recommendation – are due by the deadline noted within each opportunity.
• Incomplete applications will not be considered.
• All scholarships close at 11:59 p.m. (Pacific Time) on the noted deadline date.
• Most scholarships are awarded for the Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 terms; a few opportunities may also be available for Fall 2025 and Spring 2026.
• The majority of scholarship opportunities on this site are part of the:
  Matador Scholarship Program (MSP)
  Northridge Scholarship Program (NSP)
• If you are receiving Financial Aid (including loans), your financial aid award(s) may be adjusted if you receive a scholarship that exceeds your financial aid total limit. Speak with a financial aid counselor during walk-in hours for a detailed overview of your individual situation.
