Purpose This study aims to explore the impact of organizational climates on constructive workplac... more Purpose This study aims to explore the impact of organizational climates on constructive workplace deviance by examining staff attitudes to four dimensions of institutional climate: academic; administrative; developmental; and financial. Though carried out with exclusively academic staff working in university environments, it has considerable potential as a pilot for adaptation to the needs of managers and carers working with intellectually challenged offenders and their families. Design/methodology/approach Data from a purposive (non-probability) sample of 357 academicians used in technical education in public or private organizations were collected electronically using a Likert-type questionnaire. Analytic techniques used in this study include measurement model assessment and structural equation modeling. With the increase in disposable income & credit availability, there is a shift in consumption pattern of consumers leading to short product replacement cycle. With the change in lifestyle of the consumers, durables are perceived as utility product rather than luxury goods. So, the aim of this study is to find out the determinants of consumers preference for purchasing home+ appliances in Bhilai city. Some determinants like price, brand, mode of payment, location & after sales service has been analysed by using multivariate analysis. A sample of 80 consumers was taken for conducting the survey. This research will contribute to the durable industry especially to home appliance while developing strategies to reach the consumers mind and surviving in the competitive market. <strong>ABSTRACT</strong><br> In this whole research the author highlighted the... more <strong>ABSTRACT</strong><br> In this whole research the author highlighted the performance of talent management and retain employee talent and to reduce employee attrition rate, and how to get the desired sales of the company by coming up with strategies like motivation, succession planning and employee development policies in an effective and efficient way. In today's world human resource-related practices such as proper training, right recruitment and selection, employee development, and employee selling skills plays a very significant role in the development of any organization. The tool used in this research was the questionnaire and for analysis statistical tools, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis was done to get the appropriate result, important multinational pharmaceutical companies and renowned Indian pharmaceutical companies managers were interviewed and discussions helps in determining the results. The sample size of the research was 180 and responses were taken from different pharmaceutical sales professionals by sending the link of google form questionnaires and request them to fill the form through mobile phone or laltop. The manners of a salesperson mean a lot to a customer. So, salesperson’s attitude/behavior cannot be ignored in the entire buy-sell course. In this paper, efforts have been made to examine the impact/influence of salesperson’s behavioral traits — Ethical Behavior, Listening Ability, Relational Skills and Emotional Intelligence — on the coinciding purchasing behavior of the customer. The outcome of this study emphasizes the soft skills of a salesperson, which is otherwise disregarded as an antecedent variable, accordingly providing insights for salespersons in refining their selling behavior.

The present study attempts to identify and analyse the store ambience factors which have considerable influence on the consumer's shopping experience. The responses collected from conveniently collected sampled of 100 consumers at Raipur city was analysed on the factors viz. lighting, music, scent, colour scheme, temperature, merchandise and width of aisles to detect their relationship with the shopping experience. Analysis was done using factor analysis and later on multiple regressions with the help of IBM SPSS 21 Version were applied. The results of the hypothesis testing suggest that four out of the seven ambient factors viz. Colours scheme, lighting, temperature and merchandise factors significantly influences shopping experience of consumers. Lastly study discusses limitations and scope for future research.

Data were collected in a survey of customer and supervisors at various retail stores in Bhilai & Raipur, the tier-II cities of Chhattisgarh state in India, using a questionnaire designed on the basis items relating to competencies and job performance. Cluster analysis of data from 208 respondents was used to test hypotheses. The results show that salespersons" competencies are an antecedent of job performance. Also, some demographic characteristics have significant influence on the competency-performance relationship. This study extends previous research by examining the role of demographics on the competency-performance relationship. For conducting this study, convenience sampling method was adopted at few organised retail outlets of Raipur city of Chhattisgarh. A total of 100 consumers were considered as sample size in the study. Factor analysis with the help of IBM SPSS 21 version was applied to identify underlying factors of impulse buying. Result reveals five important factors that influences consumers" impulse buying decision namely store environment, situational factor, promotion, consumer characteristics and product related factors.

All around us we see examples of shoddy and imperfect work in products. This paper aims at studying the factors which are contributing towards employee job satisfaction. The factors which are the probable causes behind employee job satisfaction can be broadly divided into three broad categories: Behavioral, organizational and environmental factors. This report focuses on all of these categories and attempts to find the relation between these factors and employee job satisfaction.

Marketers perform various marketing practices to stimulate consumers to buy, among them coupon promotion plays significant role. Consumers avail benefits associated with coupons schemes while buying goods and may also intent to repeat if found attractive. In recent years coupons has emerged as a significant tool in increasing excitement of customers to undergo shopping of wide variety of product. The study analyzed impact of coupon on purchase decision of consumers residing in Chhattisgarh state.
