Turkey has implemented a various regulations about this area in the last 10 years. Public incentives for energy production from renewable energy sources has led to a significant increase on investments in renewable energy sources in Turkey. The aim of this study ise the role of public incentives and regulations on renewable energy investments In this study,Installed capacity data of renewable energy sources were utilized while examining the case. As a result, it was determined that public incentives and regulations about investments in renewable energy causes to an increase renewable energy investments.

As the China one of the world’s most energy-consuming countries, it supplies primary energy consu... more As the China one of the world’s most energy-consuming countries, it supplies primary energy consumption with %67 percentage and %73 percentage electricity production from coal. This situation makes air, water and soil pollution significantly in the China. The China Governments seeking to energy supply security and minimize the environmental problems, have being made actual political legal regulation to increase the using renewable energy since 2005. The transformation studies about energy field, has been implemented by taking experience of EU countries. In addition to this, China has been leading country in the field of renewable energy during the recent years. In this study that analyses China’s energy transformation from 2005, shows us the policies, regulations and incentives that have been put into effect by taking inspiration from renewable energy transformations starting in EU Countries, are increasing the using renewable energy sources.

Yenilenebilir kaynakların etkin ve verimli kullanılması, ülkelerin enerji arz güvenliği, hava-su-... more Yenilenebilir kaynakların etkin ve verimli kullanılması, ülkelerin enerji arz güvenliği, hava-su-toprak kirliliği, hayat standartları, ithal bağımlılık oranları gibi unsurları etkilemek suretiyle ekonomik koşulları etkilemektedir. Almanya, Çin ve Türkiye bu nedenlerden dolayı rüzgâr enerjisine önemli yatırımlar yapmaktadır. Çalışmanın amacı, rüzgâr enerjisi alanında öne çıkan iki ülke olan Çin ve Almanya ile Türkiye arasında izlenen politikalar açısından çıkarımlar yapmak ve bu bağlamda politika önerileri sunmaktır. Çin, son 5 yıl içerisinde rüzgâr enerjisine yönelik geliştirdiği özel politikalar nedeniyle lider konumdadır. Almanya, kurulu güç bakımından Çin"in gerisinde olmasına rağmen teknolojisi ve sanayisi ile bu alanda söz sahibi konumdadır. Türkiye ise, son dönemde rüzgâr enerjisine yönelik politikalar ve teşvik mekanizmaları geliştirmiştir. Türkiye geçmişle kıyaslandığında önemli bir yatırım trendi yakalamasına rağmen, Çin ve Almanya ile karşılaştırıldığında gerek kurulu güç ve teknoloji yatırımları, gerekse kanun ve politika tercihleri bakımından oldukça geride kalmıştır.

The increase in foreign direct investments with the globalization process in the last 50 years has created some effects on the economies of countries, especially on economic growth and employment opportunities. Among these effects, it is known that foreign direct investments have effects on the energy sector. The renewable energy sector, which is a rising area of the energy sector, is also positively or negatively affected by foreign direct investments. For this reason, the aim of the study is to examine the relationship between 1990-2019 data and renewable energy consumption in Turkey, foreign direct investments and GDP. In this study, Banerjee et al. (2017) Fourier ADL cointegration test analysis was used.
