The data from a flight in the spring of 2000 from Ft. Sumner, NM, independently confirm the results of earlier measurements with the HEAT-e^± instrument. In particular, we notice again some structure near 10 GeV that may suggest some small primary contribution to the positron intensity. A possible interpretation of this structure in terms of a dark matter signal will be discussed.

Although the primary objective of the HEATp instrument is the measurement of antiproton abundances at high energy, a large sample of events below local geomagnetic cutoff was also collected. The top-bottom symmetry of the detector configuration and the excellent particle identification required

Sumner in May, 1994, and from Lynn Lake in August, 1995. HEAT employs a superconducting magnetic spectrometer together with time-of-flight detectors, transition radiation detectors, and electromagnetic calorimetry to measure electrons and positrons from 1 to 50 GeV with strong rejection of hadronic background. We present results from the combined HEAT-e^± data set
