ChatGPT, trained on vast amounts of text data using Natural Language Processing (NLP), has the ability to generate human-like text. It utilizes Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) and can be implemented as a chatbot on various platforms. While ChatGPT has the potential to revolutionize learning and enhance student motivation and participation, there are concerns regarding its impact on critical thinking and assessment integrity. The paper also discusses the benefits and challenges of integrating ChatGPT in higher education, including automation of administrative tasks, personalized learning experiences, tutoring and support, innovation and research, and content generation. It emphasizes the need for ethical and responsible use of AI tools in education and suggests re-envisioning teaching and assessment approaches to adapt to the advancements in AI and machine learning. The paper concludes by highlighting the importance of a comprehensive transformation in the education system to embrace and integrate AI tools effectively.

Its scope has expanded beyond the scope of an owner-manager to include professional managers in large corporations and conglomerates who play the role of entrepreneurial managers. The emergence of women entrepreneurs and women –owned firms and their significant contributions to the economy is visible in India. The familial and social conditioning that reduces the confidence, independence and mobility of women has to be taken note of. Moreover a change in the societal attitude is also required. The paper tries to focus on the scheme of entrepreneurship through Self Help Groups, which enable the rural women to earn their own livelihood besides participating in the process of development. The God’s own country, Kerala has a typical example of this women initiative .Kudumbashree was launched by Government of Kerala in 1998 as a women oriented poverty alleviation programme for wiping out absolute poverty from the State. Kudumbashree mission is holistic in nature and participatory in approach. The Local Self Governments provided necessary leadership for the social initiative at the local level. Kudumbashree has been promoting micro enterprises run by women and consider them as an instrument for providing gainful employment to women below poverty line thereby enhancing their living standards. Built around three critical components – micro credit, entrepreneurship development and women empowerment. The Kudumbashree initiative has been designed to ensure a more dignified life and better future to the less privileged women. Today, the Kudumbashree has become a successful model for women empowerment. Social networking sites enable users to exchange ideas, post updates and comments, or participate in activities and events, whilst sharing their wider interests. From general chit-chat to disseminating breaking news, from making a date to following election results, from humour to serious research, social networks are now used for different reasons by various user communities. With so many eyes glued to social media during work time, employers are increasingly considering how sites such as LinkedIn and Facebook can help them hire staff. Today, instead of using job sites, companies and recruitment agencies are filling openings faster by relying on new tools that scout social networks and target workers. Social media is not a quick-fix replacement for traditional recruitment but it is a complementary tool which needs a lot of thought and planning to get it right. There is ample proof that social media can help fill jobs; but it depends on what kind of job you are trying to hire for. Social media works better for recruiting active talent. Online recruiting strategies have its own benefits and pitfalls. It’s always better to combine social and traditional for passive recruiting. The rise of social media has moved beyond social interaction to providing a powerful HR tool in the recruitment process. This paper tries to look into the aspects of how the social networking sites are playing the role of blurring the boundaries between work and play . An increasing number of employment-eligible people spend a good part of their day on one or more of these popular social networks, with the larger platforms touching people's lives multiple times every day. Social media is an immediate and constant channel of communication but failing to maintain genuineness and its presence can be more detrimental than never getting started. The paper also focuses on apprehensions about the damage social media could have on employers as well as prospective candidates.

Every business has turned more technology oriented which necessitates the requirement of the right people at the right time. Today’s organizations are operating in a dynamic environment. Any similar organizations with same resources and power can still be differentiated in terms of the quality of human capital they possess.Along with the right people, right systems and procedures in place an additional requirement to lead every one and everything to the right path is leadership .Without an effective leadership organizational success cannot be attained and sustained.
People do work in different organizations but some people among them seem to be more productive and motivated. They tend to learn more, come up with new ideas and are far more innovative than others. And it’s unlikely that people in one organization are far more creative than others just by chance alone. So there is something unique and special about the organizations for which they are working for. And that is the essence of leadership. Leadership is the ability to inspire people and lead them by breeding a culture where creativity, innovation and passion for work flourish. An effective leadership aims at creating workplaces which encourage people to routinely do the nonroutine.Leadership basically is the ability to come with an idea and having the guts to foster it through people by empowering them through communication, engaging them through transparency and accountability, by investing in developing them and by creating a sense of mission and a set of core values. The paper tries to focus on the various parameters of leadership and the effect of the various styles of leadership on the organizational success.
