Marta "`blackeri" Dahlig has been with deviantART since early 2003 and in that time has become one of the most recognizable faces on the site, creating instantly identifiable pieces, such as her near legendary seven deadly sins line, as well as dozens upon dozens of other exquisitely crafted pieces of art.

In an ocean of millions it is not easy to stand out like she does, and even more impressive is that she still finds the time to let everyone know she appreciates their feedback, and even better, takes time to make sure she goes and adds her own feedback to up and coming artists and gives encouraging words of advice where needed.

Dear All, As of now, this account will be officially inactive. For the past 15 years my art came from a sad place... Until it all changed 3 years ago with one idea. Those 3 years were spent on countless design iterations and thousands of hours of painting. Together with my Mom we created a brand of picture books for small children. Tumilu is a series of stories that helps kids deal with big emotions and encourages kindness and compassion. My Mom is the (awesome) writer behind the stories and I illustrated and designed the books. The first two Tumilu books will be coming out this Fall in Poland and the UK. Well, as of 22nd of May I am a married lady! The wedding was amazing, everything was pretty much perfect! Hopefully I will get pictures soon so I could show them. :-) YAY! :heart: First photo is up, courtesy of Marta Samborska.
