Cost reduction for warehouse and logistics The economic advantage is most obvious here. On average, a package weighs around 20 grams, plus a sticker for labelling. This means that the packaging costs are sometimes even higher than the product costs themselves. There is also the problem of over-portioning if the packaging unit is sold by weight. This results in losses of up to 5 per cent! In addition, a complete packaging unit has to be disposed of as soon as a single item in the packaging is spoilt! This results in double damage due to a 100 per cent loss of sales and additional disposal costs. By avoiding packaging with laser engraving, the CO2 footprint of the products is significantly reduced, as every tonne of plastic saved reduces crude oil consumption and protects the environment.#Ecomark #naturalbranding #storage #logostics #costsavings -
