Our colleagues from Toyota L&F, Bastian Solutions, Vanderlande, and viastore came together 14 – 16 January in Veghel to visualize and analyze the distinctive activities and processes of each organization in the value stream from sales to services. The main goals? Enhance transparency, build understanding, improve communication and strengthen coordination. By doing so, we aimed to identify and clarify interdependencies, while unlocking and utilizing synergies. The 4th Advent is the perfect opportunity to stop and give thanks. Without our great teams and the support of our partners, this year would not have been so successful.
