NOTES: This idea came to me this morning when my iPod shuffled onto Cab Calloway's "Everybody Eats When They Come To My House". For some reason, it made me think of Dr. Lecter and the meals he's prepared for others over the years. The lyrics are at the bottom in case you're curious.

Hiya, I am a newbie to this comm! And to the whole Hannibal Lecter fandom. So new in fact that I have never seen any of the movies nor read any of the books. I got interested when I heard on the radio a program about Silence of the Lambs and its numerous Oscars. They played a clip from the scene where Hannibal and Clarice talk about the screaming of the lambs and I was instantly curious. I oozed on to Youtube and I've spent the past week blindly ignoring my upcoming mock exams and perusing every vid I could find which had anything to do with the 3 films with hannibal in (the Anthony Hopkins one only) and through these vids I have become a fan of the Hannibal Clarice ship which has brought me here. I intend to track down the films with both Hannibal and Clarice in them and watch them both loads and generally get to know such interesting characters and fuel my imagination in the more boring lessons.
So, would anyone here like to recommend to me some really good fics (great characterisation is a must, I deplore it when fanficcers write stories and basically use their own characters but with names nicked off films and books) and/or vids? I'll write my own eventually when I have time ;) Much wuv to any donator.
