The issue that arises is how to store tourism information of Agra more semantically and make the information reusable and sharable so that it enables effective search. This research presents OCBR-Tour System that integrates ontology and case-based reasoning in the tourism domain. Ontology models are developed into ontology forms with class, each class is divided into subclasses in which the relationships of them are direct properties of the class object property, and data property. The research result provides the ontology on information of tourism components in Agra. The ontology is used for information retrieval using DL queries. Case-based reasoning is used to predict the attractions to visit in the city. Rules are generated to further enhance the tour plan for the tourists.

The trend of online education is exploding in popularity in the modern educational system. However, it is challenging for primary-level students to adapt to learning in this novel environment. When enrolled in online courses, students at this level encounter a variety of difficulties. Hence, to provide better learning methods, this research study focuses on developing an education based EDUVI system for primary level students which helps the students in visual learning. The proposed system will help the students for self-learning without any assistance using a simplified and interactive platform. The developed system integrates visual question answering and image captioning system where students can import the image and extract answer based on the query asked by them or can generate the description or caption.

They are being used extensively in a great variety of functions and count innumerable applications. Among these, Decision Support System (DSS) plays a fundamental role for their capacity to give tourist managing their tours and to base all the decisions concerning to queries on the climate, road conditions, cultural aspects, lodging, health facilities, banking, etc. of the location to be visited on sound and rational bases. In the present paper, a Web-Based Tourist Decision Support System (WTDSS) for Agra City has been developed that allows the traveling community to find their route in city and ask for information about sights, accommodations and other places of interest which are near by to him to improve the convenience, safety and efficiency of travel.

In between the two extremes of minimization of cost and minimization of time, there exist a number of situations where a Transportation System Decision Maker would like a partial trade-off on cost to attain a certain degree of time advantages. In this paper, trade-off between the total shipping cost and time of transport is analyzed by solving the transportation problem with an additional restriction. An algorithm generating all solutions that are pareto-optimal with respect to the shipping cost and completion-date is developed for its solution.

A collaborative approach gives a chance in which conservation issues are targeted collectively by using an adaptive management of whole ecosystems, including human communities. The idea is to conserve the local landscape, wildlife and resources by the community and for the community. Collaborative conservation strategies also apply widely for ecosystem management in informal protected areas. In this paper the role of a collaborative conservation of an informal site is discussed, to demonstrate how it may help in maintaining and managing the biodiversity. Additionally, the conservation of formal protected areas and the adjoining cultivated landscape is compared with the biodiversity of the informal landscape. It was found that there is no significant difference in biodiversity richness between the formal and informal protected sites. The paper also focuses on the ...

The developed system is the application of Internet based Geographic Information System (GIS) which integrates spatial database, statistical data and textual information in order to develop a data model providing proper and complete information for analysis and planning. The whole system lives in a common webbased application implemented in ASP.Net with C#.Net MapScript, Ajax and exploiting MapServer for GIS functionalities and PostGIS for its connection with the PostgreSQL database containing road network, infrastructure of the area and data about hospitality, tourism activities and facilities.

These nonlinear problems may provide solutions to some decision-making issues like constructing optimization model with fractional objective function such as profit/cost (financial and corporate planning) and inventory/sales (production planning marketing). Hence, fractional programming problems become one of the popular research topics. Fractional transportation problem is to transport various amounts of a single homogeneous commodity that are initially stored at various origins to different destinations in such a way that the total fractional transportation cost is minimized. In this paper, the researchers have provided study on one of the nonlinear programming problems known as quadratic fractional transportation problem. The objective of these problems is to minimize or maximize the ratios of physical and economical functions. As compared with the linear programming problems, the qu...

Aside from these concrete goals, a number of soft goals like providing overall user satisfaction, insights into the needs of the user, and help customize the user experience further, are also met by the recommender system. 1.1 Approaches of Recommender Systems Most recommender systems take either of two basic approaches: Collaborative Filtering Collaborative filtering is a method of making automatic predictions (or filtering) about the interests of a user by collecting preferences from many users. Collaborative filtering approach aggregates ratings, recognizes similarities between individuals, and generates recommendations based on inter-user comparisons (Ekstrand, Riedl & Konstan, 2011). It is assumed that the individual ratings represent fairly constant opinions which can be analyzed to provide a reasonable estimate of the actual individual preferences. The main advantages of the approach are that it is simple as it focuses on only the item rated highly by peers that reduce workload, and it can be applied to almost any type of content. Content based filtering Content-based filtering methods are based on description of the items and a profile of the user's preferences. Keywords are used to describe the items. A user profile is then built to indicate the
