Dış görünüşlerine yansıttıkları olumlu sinyaller örgütlerin tercih edilmeleri açısından önemli görülmektedir. Bu sebeple örgütler dış görünüşlerine dış görünüşlerine dikkat etmektedirler. Bu dış görünüşleri ile alakalı literatürde karşımıza örgütsel saygınlık, örgütsel imaj, örgütsel kimlik ve örgütsel itibar kavramları çıkmaktadır. Ancak, örgütsel literatürde yer alan örgütsel saygınlık, örgütsel imaj, örgütsel kimlik ve örgütsel itibar kavramlarının kullanımlarında teorik olarak bir tutarlılık olmaması, birbirinin yerine veya eş anlamlı olarak kullanımları dikkat çekmektedir. Bu sebeple bu çalışmanın amacı, örgüt literatüründe kullanılan bu kavramların teorik çerçevesinin oluşturulması ve bu kavramların tanımlarında veya kullanımındaki yanlışlıkların düzeltilmesi için araştırmacılara yol göstermek olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu araştırmada; örgütsel saygınlık, örgütsel imaj, örgütsel kimlik ve örgütsel itibar kavramları hakkında terminolojik tanımlara, yapılmış olan çalışmaları sentezleyerek aktarımlarına yer verilmektedir. Böylelikle literatürde yer alan yanlış veya yerine kullanımların önüne geçilmesi hedeflenmiştir.

In this study, it is aimed to be determined the results of inspection according to the first, med... more In this study, it is aimed to be determined the results of inspection according to the first, median and last countries in PISA, 2015 the field of science and the state of education in Turkey by comparison. According to PISA results, in the field of science, the first country is Singapore, the median country is Lithuania, and the last country is Dominican Republic. According to the results of this research, it is aimed to examine the supervision system, which is one of the factors that may cause the countries that have success or failure in the education to be in advanced or low level in education. The countries concerned and Turkey's education and supervision systems were compared by the purpose of the audit, its structure and the duties and powers of the inspectors. A descriptive research model was used as an appropriate type of research for presenting the situation in the research and for making cross-country comparisons. This research is a comparative education research because the comparison of the educational supervision systems of the selected countries is made in this study. While collecting data on the subject in the research, criteria have been established and in line with these criteria Singapore, Lithuania, Turkey, the Dominican Republic and related educational supervision were utilized by thebooks, dissertations, articles, institutions and institutions responsible for educational supervision of countries, legal documents, public records, written by people and institutions resources. The update of the obtained resources has been taken into consideration. Document analysis was used in the research. The documents which are accepted as data for research are descriptively analyzed and arranged according to the developed framework and classified according to sub-objectives. Then similarities and differences between the systems were determined and suggestions were developed by interpreting findings obtained after the comparison.

It is envisaged that the managers will create a system of common values, without emphasizing individual values, to develop the motivation and skills of the organizational workshops. The purpose of this research is to determine the opinions of the principals working in public elementary, secondary and high school levels affiliated to Denizli province Merkezefendi and Pamukkale districts about the topic management by values. In this qualitative research in the case study, a structured interview technique was used and the questions developed by the researchers were asked to the school principals. The working group consists of 10 school principals working in the public primary, secondary and high school levels affiliated to the Denizli Provincial Directorate and Pamukkale District National Education Directorates. In the analysis of the data, descriptive and content analysis techniques were used together. The data transferred to the article were edited, the themes were created from the encoded data, and the findings were defined and interpreted. The school principals interviewed indicated that it would be an effective way to act jointly by providing consensus on the way in which the management style can be built with values and this management style; employees will be able to help themselves to the company, to be happy at work, and to work more effectively and efficiently.

All over the world, the economic and cultural transformations have been occurred with the globali... more All over the world, the economic and cultural transformations have been occurred with the globalization and the world has begun the tendency of monoculture as predicted by the researchers. Neo-liberal policies underpinning this transformation have brought about cultural pollution, the part called neoconservatives have begun to complain about the disappearing of the traditional curriculum, history, literature and values. After the referendum “Brexit”, the people in Britain who have wanted to leave from European Union, is giving us, a clue related to these kinds of complaints. This article aims to identify on how and to what extent the discourse of the “neo-conservatism” has been involved in Turkey; if so, it aims to discuss the impacts on the Turkish education system. For this purpose, government programs, development plans and practices will be analyzed by qualitatively with document analysis method.
