Permanently deletes all of the user's trashed files. For more information, see Trash or delete files and folders.

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

Request body
The request body must be empty.
Response body
If successful, the response body is an empty JSON object.
Requires the following OAuth scope:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive
