75 countries had less than 2.5 health workers per 1000 people.Countries with less than 2.28 docto... more 75 countries had less than 2.5 health workers per 1000 people.Countries with less than 2.28 doctors, nurses, and midwives per 1000 people failed to fulfil the aim of 80 percent skilled birth attendance and child immunisation, according to the World Health Report. Due to the lack, patients, particularly the poor and disadvantaged, have been forced to seek health care from the informal sector as they are more socially and community focused Appropriate formal health workforce is required to build an effective, efficient, and equitable health system that improves population health. There is a scarcity and a crisis of it. Healthcare-seeking is not a simple human behavioral nature. The combined efforts of the public and private sectors nearly impossible to produce the required formal health workforce. Transform unregistered health care service providers (HCSP) into government-registered, well-trained HCSP. It would be able to prevent malpractice, ensure standard treatment, and hold people accountable for referral responsibility. Both primary and secondary data were collected. A face-to-face interview and a focus group discussion were conducted. People who are illiterate (no education) as well as literate (completed primary school to a higher level of education) seek out informal healthcare providers. Households with incomes ranging from 10,000to10,000 to 10,000to30,000 were classified as low, middle, and upper middle, with people aged zero to sixty having the option of receiving health services from a traditional healer (kobiraj), homoeopathy, RMP, and drug seller.

This change plays an important role in changes the lifestyle and behavior pattern of human being. The three most important factors for human lives are work, family and friend, and health. A doctor's communication and curate diagnosis provide optimal treatment recommendations, counsel appropriately, give therapeutic instructions, and establish caring relationships with patients. These are the core clinical skills in the practice of medicine, with the ultimate goal of achieving the best outcome and patient satisfaction, which are essential for the effective delivery of health care. The ultimate objective of any doctor-patient communication is to improve the patient's health and medical care. The historical model for the physician-patient relationship involved patient dependence on the physician's professional authority. Believing that the patient would benefit from the physician's actions, a paternalistic model of care developed. During the second half of the twentieth century, the physician-patient relationship has evolved towards shared decision making. This model respects the patient as an autonomous agent with a right to hold views, to make choices, and to take actions based on personal values and beliefs. Patients are acknowledged to be entitled to weigh the benefits and risks of alternative treatments, including the alternative of no treatment, and to select the alternative that best promotes their own values, Many patients may feel more connected to a physician when they know something of the physician's life, and it may sometimes be appropriate to share information about family or personal matters. Several approaches can be used to facilitate open communication with a patient. Physicians should: sit down, attend to patient comfort, establish eye contact, listen without interrupting, show attention with nonverbal cues, such as nodding, allow silences while patients search for words acknowledge and legitimize feelings, explain and reassure during examinations and ask explicitly if there are other areas of concern. Presently clients/patients losses their trust on physicians. It is the time to reestablish faith on physicals. Get proper guidance regards welding and health so that every citizen could lead a socially, economically productive life. Introduction: Health can be seen as a multifaceted dimension of human life and as a 'reserve stock' (Blaxter 2003-2004) of vitality, fitness and strength whether psychological or Physical or both. World Health Organization (WHO) state Worlds 57 countries suffered from shortage of doctors in te... more World Health Organization (WHO) state Worlds 57 countries suffered from shortage of doctors in term of health worker imbalance, maldistribution. The objective of this study is to assess does substitution can be carried out in the mainstream of health systems to reduce health workforce syndrome for developing countries. Six facilities (two union health family welfare center, two Upazilla health complex and two clinics from Non-Government Organizations) were taken purposively. A structured questioner addressing one hundred and eleven (111) variables for Essential service package was used for in-depth interviews and observation. A hypothetical framework was used to focus on substitution, crisis and policy implication. Study report reveals that in seven components of Essential Service Package most of the services provided by doctors in public health facilities were same services served by non-doctor health care providers in health care facilities operated by non-government organizations. Non-doctor health care providers are not allow to serve even for non-communicable disease screening. Research result reveal that non-doctor health care service providers skill and expertise regards maternal health care, child health care, adolescent care, nutritional care and care for other diseases are gold standard. Regard maternal health care services non-doctor health care service providers not able to serve and referred the cases of identify obstetric emergencies (ANC7), labour induction (ND4), episiotomy (ND7) and identify and manage obstetric emergencies (isolation or B/CEmonC), obstructed labour, pre/eclampsia, haemorrhage, pre-term labour, including administration of antenatal Corticosteroids (ND8) and complicated cases (ND9), identification and management of obstetric complications:, Hemorrhage, Puerperal infection/sepsis (PNC4). Altering of the physiological function of the human body due to the practice of unhealthy lifestyle and social pathology. This paper discusses the connection of lifestyle and behavior with the onset of non-communicable diseases. It will also present the preventive measures for these unhealthy practices and its role to prevent onset, delayed onset of consequences of diseases.
