Information on the Class of the Chrysanthemum and the Factions Life changed in 1930 for every wizard and witch in London. Gellert Grindelwald killed Albus Dumbledore on a muggle street and rose to power. Nothing is like it should be. It wasn't long before Grindelwald extended his power to the muggle world as well as the magical world. Halfbloods, muggleborns, and even muggles live in fear. Breaking boundaries and rewriting old laws, he controlled everything he could see. Unhappy with just that, he stretched his power, spanning countries.The Class of the Chrysanthemum rose early against the dark dictator, only to be broken into factions when their leader, Cassiopeia Black, met her untimely death at the end of Grindelwald's wand. Still the Class of the Chrysanthemum fought on in factions, not knowing who to trust.It's war, but no one seems to know it.The game is set in 2001 currently. Grindelwald's is coming out publicly, eventually, with his relationship with Vlad Tepelus. The plot and arcs depend and focus on the reactions of the characters over Grindwald's decisions, his new leadership role and loyalty, and the actions he takes as a consequences that effects all.  crescendomods  The Game The year is 1981. Voldemort is still at large. The Order is hunting down Horcruxes. Sirius Black isn't in Azkaban. The Potters aren't dead. And The Longbottom's are nowhere near being admitted to St. Mungo's because of those damn Lestranges. Why not? Because we decided to throw canon out the window and re-write the story for ourselves and it's been one Hell of a story so far and it's only going to get better! Over at Crescendo, we believe in letting you, the writer, determine where the plot goes based on character interaction and plots, so literally anything can happen. We believe in giving you the freedom to let things develop naturally, instead of trying to force your characters into a small box to make things work with what happened in the books. We've been open for nearly six months and we don't plan on going anywhere, so come on over, take a seat, and drive the plot a bit to see where you can take us next. Current Events Voldemort and his Death Eaters are doing their best to stir up terror to get the resistance against them to stop. Katherine Rosier is doing all that she can so Millicent Bagnold will be recalled as Minister, including murdering members of her own family who are sullying the family name, so Voldemort can take over, she can clear Bellatrix's name, and so a Rosier can become Minister. Alice Longbottom accidentally killed Alecto Carrow in battle. Bellatrix Lestrange is running the Ministry, unknown to anyone, because she is the puppet master controlling Minister Bagnold. Voldemort is on to Regulus and has a plan to kill the Potters, steal Neville, and to get his hands on the prophecy. Most of the characters are in hiding and hating it, leading them to come up with creative ways to kill Voldemort, not to mention, the Order knows about the Horcruxes thanks to one Regulus Black, and they've already destroyed one all because the Lovegoods are B.A.M.F.'s and they need to find the rest! The Players We're currently seeking dedicated writers who are interested in character development, participating in game-wide plots, changing canon through their actions and interactions, and truly exploring the 'what-ifs' of the HP-Verse that canon ruined for us. Coming Soon Bellatrix Lestrange is going to screw Voldemort over, clear her own name, and take over the Ministry so she can finally have the 'right' side in charge, without all of Voldemort's little terror games slowing things down. Voldemort is going to try to kill Rodolphus and Bellatrix's child, force Narcissa to take the Dark Mark, and try to get Regulus to turn over his own brother to be killed. Not only will he be pissing off his own followers but the entire Order is ready to kill him, so it's only a matter of time before both sides come together to take him down or for one to finally stand up to him and try to kill his ass. Things are going to be very interesting soon, however, in order for these things to be as kick-ass as we want them to be, we need a few characters. Our most wanted characters are: Severus Snape, Lily & James Potter, Xenophilius Lovegood, Kingsley Shacklebolt, Cassidy Longbottom, Michael Brown, and a whole bunch more! While everyone is stuck with the wrong person, or in some cases, the right ones, The Ministry frantically tries to correct their mistake, but their attempt to bring everyone out of their love-drunk stupor only leads to everyone magically finding their soulmate. Not everyone will be happy about who they're fated to be with, but some of them may just find what they've been looking for.Amortentia is set in the year 2000, when the Wizarding World is still recovering from the events of the war. We're focused on the characters exploring all kinds of relationships: romantic, family, friendship, etc. and character development. Every two to three weeks, the mods will introduce a new plot point for the game, which will keep things in motion for the first few months, with the plan being to let everyone keep things going with character interactions afterwards. Current Events After a botched experiment with altering the properties of Amortentia, almost everyone fell under the potion. Some people spent the time snogging, others got engaged, and some people ended up with people they secretly desired in the first place, opening up new relationships to be formed. There's also a lot of people who aren't happy about the entire thing, not to mention, some truths have come out about others. There's a lot going on and it's going to keep going on. The Players Amortentia is currently seeking dedicated writers who are interested in character development, participating in game-wide plots, and moving the plot forward with character interactions. Coming Soon Kingsley and the Ministry are going to administer a new potion invented by Hermione which will lead people to seek out their soulmates, which can only lead to chaos and hilarity. However, in order to make sure this all kicks some ass, we need to fill some of out most wanted characters, which include: Neville Longbottom, Harry Potter, Seamus Finnigan, and many others. Voldemort seems to be invincible and all hope seems lost, that is until a Prophecy is made; a child with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord will be born as the seventh month dies to those who have thrice defied him and with a power that the Dark Lord will not understand. WELCOME TO ERA OF HOGWARTS Many of the greatest witches and wizards in the world have graced the doors of Hogwarts, and spent seven years there, leaning arithmancy, buying practical jokes at Zonko’s and doing literally everything in-between.Our aim, at Era of Hogwarts, is to condense all of this down into seven years, and answer a lot of what-ifs. What if Voldemort and Harry had been in the same potions class? What if Dumbledore was caught sneaking around the school with a boyfriend? What if Rita Skeeter had her own school gossip rag, and could talk about it all?At present, a new year has just began, though it's not exactly to a fresh slate. There is an unknown force that is beginning to rise within the school. The year before, at least students had fallen victim to attacks, and now there are rumors about a potential growing werewolf army. Join the beginnings of the Death Eaters and the DA/Order of the Phoenix, both organizations vying for members without being entirely too sure what they are up against. We hope to see characters from all eras interact with each other as students--as well as the opportunity to bring in original characters. Who knows? History just might rewrite itself within these walls.We recently have rebooted the RP after a few-month vacation. Because of this, we also are looking for some new players for old characters. More than anything, we are looking for a James Potter and Sirius Black, Hermione Granger, and Peter Pettigrew -- although any number of Death Eaters or members of the DA/Order of the Phoenix are welcomed.  mncuddlecub Gouache paints with coloured pencil on watercolour paper.Last night I had some time to myself, and while I used it as I should - I painted, I decided not to work on the next Oz painting (which is all ready to go and what I was planning on doing) but rather a little something just for me.I had recently decided I wanted to use this vignette drawing for the illustration that’ll go on the slipcase. And with the free time I had, I thought I’d be able to do it in the night... and I was!Not much to say about it... I’m happy with it.
