You Just Might — 12 August 2004 [12 Aug 2004|10:03am]
**What is something you would almost never do?**What is just beyond the edge of what you would do on your own? Something that would take just a little something extra to convince you to go for it — be it money, a big dare, a trustworthy accomplice, whatever.Jump out of a plane? Go to a nude beach? Eat an exotic, foreign dish? Run a marathon? In those daydreams you can't help but have, what is a stunt or job or sport or plan you'd never attempt, unless...And unless what?—Diarist.Net Spark
Teachers [30 Dec 2003|12:05pm]
Who or what has been your most influential teacher? What did he, she, or even it, help you learn?Consider different answers to this question. Certainly you have school teachers, professors, and community leaders, but where else have some of the most important lessons you've learned come from? A friend? An ex? A stranger, or celebrity? Could it be loss, or time, or failure? If you could speak to this teacher right now, what would you say?
Gifts [16 Dec 2003|01:22pm]
I haven't seen a post in this community for a while, and thought this might make an appropriate topic for a journal entry, especially given the time of year:What is the best / greatest gift you have ever given, and why? To whom was it given? What is the best you have ever received, and why?

dictionary definition [17 Jun 2002|09:57pm]
today's diarist.net spark:**If you were an entry in the dictionary, what would it say?**Would you be a noun, adjective, or even verb? What if you were all three? For example, let's say your name is Janice. What is a Janice? What things or concepts are very Janice? And what does it mean to Janice?Model your entry after entries in a real dictionary. Then expand on the reasons behind your chosen definitions.(see mine

A Rephrase of Question [22 Apr 2002|07:13pm]
If you were a brand new crayon color, what would your color be called and why?

Purple! [22 Apr 2002|04:10pm]
[ mood | amused ] Clothing: NIN Slipping Away shirt, pink plaid pants. Noise: TV in the background. If I were a crayon, I believe I would choose to be the color purple. Although I really like black, purple is a little more intriguing to me. It reminds me of flowers, like lilacs, and orchids... and of grapes; their taste and their smell. Purple is mysterious and beautiful. It's very feminine, and brings out a lot of femininity wherever it is used. Being graceful and delicate, this does not take away from the power of the color. I tend to notice that people who like purple are often emotional and sensitive. Purple shouldn't be misjudged or stereotyped, or definitely not taken for granted. Liking it doesn't make you gay or stupid. It's unique, individual, and special in it's own way.Yay for purple! =)

My Commandments 13 February 2002 [13 Feb 2002|09:00am]
If you were supreme ruler of all that you surveyed, what would be your own Ten Commandments? What ten absolute truths or rules would the hapless citizens of Youtopia have to memorize and obey? You can be as wide-ranging and varied as you like, or come up with commandments for just one realm of your world work, family, school, your home, or your neighborhood. You can be serious or whimsical, or a mix of both.
