This study examines the effectiveness of political communication of regional head candidates in d... more This study examines the effectiveness of political communication of regional head candidates in direct regional elections in South Kalimantan Province in 2020. This research uses a mixed method with a case study approach. Data was collected through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and document tracing. Data analysis techniques use descriptive-qualitative with a sequential explanatory perspective. The results of this study found that the two pairs of candidates for regional heads in the South Kalimantan Governor and Deputy Governor Elections used six forms of political communication, that is rhetoric, propaganda, public relations, political campaigns, political lobbying, and mass media. The six models of political communication are delivered in the form of dynamic verbal and non-verbal messages, because: 1) Have political acceptability as a political actor who obeys the political scenario; 2) Utilizing the potential of candidates for regional heads, both personal potential, structural potential and cultural potential of the community as a medium of political communication with voters; 3) Not conducting political communication in the form of political agitation, because it is not in accordance with the heterogeneous culture of the nation, which prioritizes mutual assistance and togetherness; 4) Able to label names with certain acronyms that have a positive meaning for voters; 4) Using mainstream mass media and social media as a medium for delivering appropriate political messages to the electorate. This study concluded, there are five advantages of political communication of the Sahbirin Noor-Muhidin pair that are considered effective in determining victory in the 2020 South Kalimantan Governor and Deputy Governor elections, that is: 1) The character of the message conveyed is more diverse by using symbols based on local culture; 2) Have the support of a militant and solid political party base; 3) Many political campaigns present candidates as successful and populist actors; 4) Receive support from religious and community leaders who act as public relations when conducting campaigns in outdoor media and social media; and 5) Packaging messages as a candidates who continue to make development efforts in all fields.

The success of implementing housing projects can be seen from the system used as a measure of the... more The success of implementing housing projects can be seen from the system used as a measure of the success of implementing housing projects. The performance of the housing project implementation project consists of several aspects, among others, can be viewed from the aspects of quality, time and customer satisfaction. The housing project implementation system in Indonesia generally tends to use a selfmanaged system and a contractual system. The method used in this research is descriptive analytic by using data collection through questionnaires and interviews. The research was conducted on 19 subcontractors with the same type of housing and structure in the Banjarmasin-Banjarbaru housing area. Processing and data analysis were carried out in several stages, namely validity and reliability testing, descriptive analysis and research hypothesis testing using the Independent Sample T-Test. The results obtained from the quality aspect obtained a significant value resulting from the difference test of 0.026 (p <0.05) that there is a significant comparison between the self-managed system and the contractual system in terms of quality aspects. The result of the Mean Difference value from the quality aspect is 6.90. From the time aspect, the significant value generated from the difference test is 0.06 (p> 0.05), so it can be concluded that there is no significant comparison between the self-managed system and the contractual system in terms of time. The result of the Mean Difference value from the time aspect is 5.14. The aspect of customer satisfaction obtained a significant value resulting from the difference test is 0.001 (p <0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a significant comparison between the self-management system and the contractual system in terms of customer satisfaction aspects. The result of the Mean Difference value from the aspect of customer satisfaction is 2.89. It can be concluded that in terms of quality, time, and customer satisfaction, self-managed systems have a higher average value than the contractual system.

Construction is a system that always involves many parties from the planning, implementation (doi... more Construction is a system that always involves many parties from the planning, implementation (doing), until controlling which in the process can cause problems that will affect project performance. In the implementation of construction projects, problems often occur, including the extension of work execution time, delays, additional project costs and work results that are not in accordance with the planned quality. This study aims to identify and make instruments measuring the effect of management activities on the performance of construction projects in Pulang Pisau Regency. There are 120 variables used to measure project management performance from two viewpoints of the level of satisfaction/perception and interests/expectations. Then an evaluation using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method is performed. From the results of the analysis by the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method it can be seen that project management activity variables are the top priority that need to be improved in order to improve construction project performance, including 12 variables which are divided into 4 variables each at the planning stage, 3 variables at the implementation stage, and 5 variables at the control stage.

This study uses a mix method, by using a quantitative strategy at one stage and a qualitative strategy at another stage or vice versa. The aim is to find out the extent to which SME actors in Bogor Regency are able to use digital marketing. Data collection was carried out in this study by means of surveys and field observations, questionnaires, interviews and literature review. This study used a purposive sampling method by 40. The results of this study conclude that: 1) The level of digital marketing SMEs actors in Bogor Regency is still low, because they think that large funds are needed, there is a lack of human resources to be able to carry out digital marketing, and there is an assumption that SME products will continue to develop without the need to usage digital marketing ICTbased; 2) Although the readiness of SME actors to carry out computer technology-based marketing (e-Computer Usage Readiness) is relatively low, the majority state their readiness to usage digital marketing ICT-based, 3) The SME actors level usage digital marketing readiness ICT-based transaction or payment models is also sufficient high, and 4) The ability of SMEs to manage all transactions such as ordering, payment, correspondence and others through electronic business Readiness is also relatively high.
