| Hello everyone,I'm new to this site and am keeping a live journal of my new diet. I have always in the past been a CHUNKY girl but in college I lost a lot of weight, recently in the past year i've put a LOT of weight back on due to stress and life changes. | height-5'3Cw-119HW-133Lw- 104goal-1152nd goal-105aFTER MASTER CLEANSE DIET DAY 4 I just couldn't eat anymore,. I didnt wanT TO MAKE THAT DRINK EIther. So I just stopped eating, and I would eat max 2 icee pops a day, and I would take one prenatal pill, and one vitamin b6 pill, for energy. Icee pops are only 10 calories, and they r frozen sweet goodness! I went from 133 to 119 in a week.! I also do something else to help me but its secret and if you wanna know you are gonna have to message me for that one because I can't type it for the public. My secret thing that I do gives me the strength to go on without eating, no matter how much I wanna give in, and it cleanse out my system even thoug I don't eat anything. I actually have 2 secret ways, one I have tried and one that I know works I just haven't tried it yet. Just let me know though and I'll be glad to message you my secrets on keeping control. | |

| Hello there I am Ashely,New to this community.Last week I started dieting.I was 195.2Today I am 190!I am loving my new diet program!I eat usually about 5 times a day but portion out everything!I am eating healthier but not gross foods.I have delicious snacks between meals and never get that"Oh my god I am so hungry" feeling.Dean also downloaded this thing called Calorie King.You put in everything you have eaten that day, and itcalculates Calories, fat, protein,fiber.It also has a pie chart of all that ,You also put in your exercise you did that day and it subtracts calories you burned.There is an update that tells youif you continue to eat like you did that certain day how much weight you should lose with in the next month.here is an example of what I am talking about. I also am in love with dance dance revolution.Even though I have absolutley no dance rhythmnand sometimes feel self concious when ever there is superskinny girls dancing in front of me, and sometimes the musicis so horrible and poppy that I feel like I should throw on a miniskirt and have a head set on.Other than that i love this as my exercise.If you play on workout mode it counts how manycalories you burn while you are doing it.I usually try to go for 200 a day.Which right now for me while I am still learning is about an 20 songs.You don't realize you are working out though.This on top of wii fit coming out and my light portion mealsI am rocking this diet!does anyone have any diet icons, and or diet icon | |

[**mood** | hopeful]I am currently on a quest to better myself, Not some New year promise thing that you NEVER do. I am over weight and very unhappy. I know it's about motivation and dedication. I have lost weight before and know what its like, its damn hard work. I am so glad there is a place out here where we can all connect and motivate and help one another. I mean who doesn't want to feel attractive and love there bodies?So I am am here for help, to talk to people who know what I am going threw. movie]Breakfast: coffee, slimfast bar...high dose of fiber before work is no goodLunch: two muffins 1 almond poppyseed and 1 bananna flavoredDinner: a foot long sweet onion chicken terrioki from subway with pepper jack, bananna peppers, tomato, green pepper, and onion sauce.I had a lot of water today too.I didn't do that well yesterday |

| Hey, I'm Kitten, 16, from Canada and I just decided that I need to loose some weight! I currently weight 198lbs. Eventually, I'd like to weight 150lbs. I have to loose 48 pounds, holy crap.I plan on eating much, much healthier, not drinking pop/cutting back my coffee and starting to exercise! But I need some support!I have lots of trouble with compulsive over eating and I struggle with that every day. Binging is going to be my biggest challenge... that, or getting motivated to exercise. Help me be motivated? :DAnyone wanna be friends with me? :) | |

I was down...but since I got my car...it's going up again.I haven't weighed my self in a while, I'm still at a size forteen.I've recently aquried a new man in my life, his name is Paul. He wants me to be healthy. Of course I know I shouldn't be doing this for him, I should do it for me. Just being with him makes me want to take better care of myself.So yesterday was my last soda!I'm going back to my mom's plan.Cut out the sugar and cut out the salt, go easy on the startch and eat whole grains!!! | |
