M-Drol Supplement Review M-Drol is the generic name for the anabolic steroid Superdrol, which is a synthetic illegal substance that will show up on numerous drug tests and also could have the potential to do major bodily harm to people who don’t use it properly. Superdrol is characterized by the nomenclature 2a,17a di methyl etiocholan 3-one, 17b-ol which also appears on the M-Drol label. M-Drol is a straight copy of the original Superdrol product from anabolic xtreme.

The Muscle Builder's Supplement
Best Muscle Builders Supplements
Before you pick a muscle builders supplements you want to have your diet and exercise plan ready to go. Without a proper diet and exercise plan you won't be able to grow, so make sure you follow a good one. There are many free workout plans like this one available on the internet: FREE WORKOUT PLAN
When you choose a good diet and workout plan, then you can move on to proper muscle builders supplements for gaining mass. There are many muscle builders supplements available on the market and you can get lost with what to choose. This should serve as a guideline for what kind of muscle builders supplements to choose.
Creatine
The most commonly used supplement that beginners start with is Creatine. Creatine is one of the best muscle builders on the market because it can help a bodybuilder in three separate ways. Creatine is one of the safest muscle builders supplements out there and has been studied since 1994 for safety. Creatine builds mass by adding in an immediate water gaining or "volumization" effect to muscle. Also, creatine recharges ATP, which gives you more energy to perform. Finally, Creatine can block key enzymes that tear down muscle which will ultimately help you carry more mass.
Amino Acids
Amino Acids are the second part of our muscle builders supplements. Amino Acids are not the same as straight protein from meat or even protein shakes. Actually, a recent study has shown that ingesting and amino acid supplement before your workout will help you gain 33% more muscle each time you exercise. The amino acid Leucine is the most important anabolic amino acid. You need this amino acid in almost every supplement you take. Our favorite stack that has creatine, leucine and other amino acids is found here and will give you all of the basic building blocks for muscle growth: THE PERFECT STACK
This stack is amazing because it gives you protein, creatine and amino acids for growth and is the best stack for the beginner who wants to put on tons of muscle while staying away from anything hormonal.
The Next Step
If you want to take your workout to the next level, you need to look at something stronger like an herbal testosterone booster or natural herbal androgen. These two ingredients optimize the hormones of the natural athlete by increasing testosterone levels.
Testosterone boosting is going to help you increase aggression and muscle mass when in the gym. You can boost testosterone naturally, using herbs and other supplements that boost your testosterone naturally. Unlike steroids, these don't screw up your normal production of testosterone, they actually signal your body to make more testosterone. The most popular testosterone booster on the market can be found here: THE BEST TESTOSTERONE BOOSTER
If you want to go a step further, you can use natural herbal androgens. These ingredients are going to act like testosterone in your body and give you the natural boost in mass and strength that comes from steroid use, without being on anything that is a steroid. You can be confident that these are not going to cause you to piss hot on a drug test. You can use these to give yourself a natural gain of 6-8lbs in a month. A great natural steroid replacement and muscle builders supplements can be found here: THE BEST STEROID REPLACEMENT
Steroids...legal and illegal
Steroids are the holy grail of all sports supplements. They are still available on the internet, in gyms and in many countries they are not considered illegal. Anabolic steroids are able to put on 10-12lbs of mass in one single month and can certainly be the best muscle builders for people wanting to get big. People should be over 21 before they take any kind of steroids because these muscle builders supplements are not natural. Also they can cause you to fail a drug test if you are an athlete or tested professional.
Most steroids are illegal in the US, but there is one still legal steroid that you can take, which will help you boost your testosterone levels and give you massive gains in the gym. This steroid is available without a prescription and can be a huge benefit for the experienced athlete looking for the best muscle builders supplements on the market.
You can find these legal steroids HERE:
Now that you have the basic muscle builders supplements, you can choose which one is right for you and start to put together your own program for putting on tons of mass. Remember all muscle builders supplements are subject to proper diet and exercise and nothing will replace hard work, so you need both to succeed...

Looking for a new fitness program? How about trying the Presidential Fitness Challenge. This challenge comes in three varieties:
1. The Active Lifestyle Program - For those of you who aren't active on a daily basis yet, this is a great way to begin. The rules are basically to get a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise at least 5 days a week, for a total of 6 weeks.
2. The Presidential Champions Program - If you're already active and want a new challenge, this program is for you. Your goal is to see how many points you can earn by staying active. Points are based on the amount of energy each activity burns. So the more active you are, the more points you'll get. When you reach 20,000 points, you'll earn a Bronze award. Then you can continue on in the Presidential Champions program for a Silver or Gold award.
3. The Advanced Performance Presidential Champions Program - This is basically the same system as the Presidential Champions Program, except that the award goals are higher. For instance, you need to get 40,000 points to earn a Bronze award.
The Presidential Champions Fitness Program Website (where you can log your progress and also order your awards when you've reached your goal)
Also, if you want, come join the LJ pres_challenge community to chat with others who are challenging themselves with this program.

OK, so I joined Weight Watchers and have lost about 3 pounds so far. I gained a little bit back last week over Valentine's Day, but I'm back on track and ready to lose some more. Here is my reward system:
10 pounds - tanning package
20 pounds - haircut and highlighted
30 pounds - teeth professionally whitened
40 pounds - wedding dress!
I'd really like to be to the 30 pound mark by Kelli's wedding on June 24th, but we will see. What I need to remember is however much smaller I am by that time, I will be in a better place! Which is the point. If you want to see my daily food and exercise, check out my personal lj. How is everyone else doing?

Lucky me, gained 6 pounds over the holidays, earned a body fat percentage point, and got engaged! A year and a half to lose 40 pounds and 11.5 body fat percentage points. It would be good to lose quite a bit before June, as well, though, because I am the Maid of Honor for my friend, Kelli. Calorie target for the day: 1525 calories. Also need to do an hour on the elliptical machine and go shopping for healthy groceries.

As a first entry, please contemplate the following questions -
1. What is your initial weight loss goal? (How many lbs?)25
2. What is your ultimate weight loss goal? (How many lbs?)70
3. What do you think is a reasonable deadline to reach your ultimate weight loss goal? (date?)6 months/may
4. How do you plan to reach this goal? (diet/exercise plan?) Extreme dieting and exercise as soon as the DR clears it because of my surgery
5. What obstacles do you expect to encounter on your weight loss journey? My family will attempt to sabotage my efforts regularly, with bad foods and encouraging bad habits, plus time is a challenge with 3 kids and school too.
6. How do you plan to overcome those obstacles? Careful planning and standing my ground.(Remember, substitution works wonders!)
7. How do you envision your life to be different when you reach your weight loss goal? Easier to find clothes and less health risks.
8. What are your main reasons to lose weight? Health risks of obesity and need to feel good about my body again.
9. How can we support you in your weight loss journey? Accountability and interaction.

1. What is your initial weight loss goal? (How many lbs?) 10 lbs
2. What is your ultimate weight loss goal? (How many lbs?) 50
3. What do you think is a reasonable deadline to reach your ultimate weight loss goal? (date?) 7/6/06
4. How do you plan to reach this goal? (diet/exercise plan?) I need to lose 1.5 lbs a week. I plan to use www.fitday.com to monitor my food intake and cals. Basically I need to cut out about 5000 cals per week or around 1000 per day. I feel monitoring protein, fat & carbs is too confusing and overwhelming for me so I'm only going to monitor calories. Assuming that I need around 2000 calories to maintain I am allowing myself 1000 calories everyday plus added calories for however many I burn during the day with AEROBIC activities only - walking the dog, running on the treadmill, windsor pilates, carmen electra striptease videos, swimming or weights at the gym.
5. What obstacles do you expect to encounter on your weight loss journey? I lose my way and quit. I want to master portion control and be able to forgive a bite without eating the rest of the package and falling completely off the wagon.
6. How do you plan to overcome those obstacles? (Remember, substitution works wonders!) I'm not sure if I have a real plan for overcoming cravings except to try and give in to a little and if I have to throwing out the rest. This is especially hard for me to do as a poor college student, but weather I eat it all or throw it all away I'd have to buy more the next day either way, right?
7. How do you envision your life to be different when you reach your weight loss goal? I want to be able to feel good about myself. I want to enjoy shopping. I want to be confident with my body and feel better in the bedroom being naked.
8. What are your main reasons to lose weight? To improve my health and more importantly my mental health ->
confidence
9. How can we support you in your weight loss journey? Comments like "you're doing so good i'm soo proud of you" or "you can do better than this think of how good it will be to be thin" would really help.

New! I need to lose about 5 or so pounds. My ultimate goal is 89. I hope to reach this by mid October. I will try my best to restrict my calorie intake, NO more sweets, and do yoga/elliptical/bike. The only obstacle I expect to encounter is my sweet tooth. Argh. Eat low cal desserts like fruit, and frozen whip cream. If anyone has any other good low cal sweet ideas they would be much appreciated! When I reach my goal I think I will overall be a lot happier when I look at myself in mirrors and just gain more self confidence. Any support or tips will be of help.

Dammit Sort of bummed today. I went out to lunch yesterday at Le Peep, and apparently the food there was worse than I guessed. And, my leg hurt last night, so I didn't work out. This morning, I had gained a pound! Then, at work, my secretary asks me "So, how is the weight watchers thing going?"
I was like, "Well....not so good. Well....it could be better..."
Today I've only had yogurt and carrots so far (penance.)
