Okay...
I've done a lot of diets in the past... mostly ones I cooked up on my own. Mostly crash diets. I'm looking for one that isn't a crash diet. I'm looking for a diet that gets me all the vitamins, proteins, and carbs that my body NEEDS. I'm also looking for one that doesn't take a lot of cooking or preparation because I don't have a lot of time.
Here are my stats:
Age: Seveteen
Gender: Female
Height: 5"7
Weight: 275 pounds
I'm a vegitarian, also. Really, what i'm looking for is how many servings of fruit, veggies, dairy, meat (I could live through chicken, I think), Carbs, ect. I should be getting a day according to age and gender and such.
If anyone could help me out it would be MUCH appreicated.
