Problem with Premium subscription (original) (raw)

I’ve been a paying customer from 18/04/2022, with an account I created for my little daughter, and payments have been steady flowing every month till today.

Arya, my daughter, have been ill and unable to play for 2 and a half years, but despite that I kept paying her account… now she feels better and we tried to resume her learning, to our surprise the system behaves as she weren’t a premium member, every level on every game she tries to play is rewarded with a “Become premium first” payment notice.

Her username is @soyarya and of course I can provide proof of payment
