This category is for discussing topics impacting the entire LLVM Project.

The LLVM Project is home to a number of subprojects, and most discussion should take place in one of the specific subproject subcategories. However, sometimes there are discussions which don’t fit within any singular LLVM subproject and/or impact the wider project and should be held here:

• Cross-cutting concerns that impact the entire LLVM project in a very direct way (licensing, development process, coding standards, etc.)
• Adding a new LLVM subproject
• Splitting or re-organizing LLVM subprojects

If you have a question about LLVM and are not sure about which category to use, you can use this one and the post may get moved to the appropriate category.
