Multiple possible keywords for search methods (original) (raw)

The default search methods in Firefox seem to allow multiple keywords (see attached). For example, Duckduckgo allows either @duckduckgo or @ddg. However, i have not been able to achieve this with custom search engines. Currently i have tried separating keywords by a comma+space. This seems to invalidate both keywords, however.

Either it is not possible, or the instructions are unclear.

I found a bug report about this.
It’s three years old.
