Harry Potter fanfiction discussion

**Rules & Stuff**1) All pairings will be read, from the popular/standard Remus/Sirius, Snarry, Drarry, Ron/Hermione, Scorpius/Rose, Teddy/Victorie, and Pansy/Parvati, to rare pairings and characters.2) All ratings will be read, gen - NC-17.3) All eras will be read, MWPP, trio, next-gen.4) All lengths will be read, drabbles to epic length fic. We’ll tell you beforehand, and longer fics will get more time to read before discussion.5) All situations will be read, from romance, to non-con, to mpreg, to creature fic. There will be squicky and possibly trigger type situations. Everything will be warned for.6) Praise, squee, and flailing are welcome and encouraged, as long as you can explain why you like something.7) Constructive criticism is allowed and also encouraged.8) You’re allowed to not like a story or pairing. You don’t have to read every fic that’s posted for discussion.9) Only the story posted will be discussed. The authors have agreed to have a specific story talked about. We appreciate that you might love something else they’ve written, but please stick to the posted story. The same goes for any story by the author you don’t like.10) There will be no BASHING, no FLAMING, and no WANKING. If you don’t want to be treated to wank, don’t wank on someone else. Any one who breaks this rule will be banned.11) The point of this comm is to discuss fic. If you think something, please be able to explain yourself.12) If you have a problem with something posted or another commenter, contact one of the mods before taking action yourself.13) With every story or fic, there will be a single post, where you can post you comments, questions and concerns.14) We’re aware that there are people who only read slash or het, or who won't venture outside their OTP. This comm is HP inclusive. And will be treated as such. Remember, if you don’t like it, you don’t have to read it.15) As some of the stories to be discussed will have an NC-17 rating or have heavy trigger issues, any one wishing to join must be 18 or older. We will check profile pages for age statements.16) No pimping. We want this to be just about fic discussion. So, no matter how much you want to spread the word about an upcoming fest, you can’t do it here.17) Every Thursday, story/fic information will be posted. Along with it, a discussion date will be given.
