The Enchanted Forest is a vast magical forest next to Dreamland.

It is inhabited by various supernatural creatures, including a psychotic unicorn, antropomorfic forest animals, and fairies.

A running gag in the series is that the sign at the entrance of the Enchanted Forest contains a different second sign every time it is seen.
